Bought a tire machine for over $3000 for it to broken right out the box. I called and explained that the oiler wasn't working at all and also when I hit the bead breaker the bead blast comes on. I talk to the lady that owns the place and she laughed at me saying it can't be broken that bad if you can use it. Then she started talking trash to me basically saying shes not doing anything. Then she has her husband call me with his threats about him being a mma fighter and he'll come down and kill me if i call there again . I guess this is a trend with him as you look at reviews and hes done this exact same thing numerous times. I mean broken is broken when I buy brand new it shouldn't need anything. After several weeks of back and forth with them they finally said call our warranty department witch is based in *****. When i called the warranty department I've got nothing but a run around for well over 6 to 7 months now sending videos and pictures and never getting return calls . I want my money back or the machine fixed. I've contacted my attorney and we are ready to go to court and seek compensation for attorney fees cost of machine loss of use and anything else cost related to this issue with this company

    North American Auto Equipment Response

    10/12/2021

On Friday October 1st we took an order for ************* ************************* Mart ************************************ was our last UNI11KF auto lift- inventory and deliveries have been backed up as a result of Covid 19 and container shipping. It has been an extremely difficult 18 months. On Monday the 4th we loaded the 2,000lbs steel machine on our 1 ton pick up with tilt trailer and drove 2 hours in a torrential rain storm on I-90 (*********). When I was 20 minutes away from their location I sent a text to ******** letting her know that we were 20 minutes out. I arrived at customers location at a little after 11am. Their business is in a tough section of spring field and I had to park my truck in a no parking zone with the flashers on. As I walked across the parking lot, I saw an empty spot next to entrance that would be the perfect spot for me to back in and roll off the lift. I entered the garage and was immediately greeted with hostility by a mechanic that works for ***************, the husband of **************, I guess, and he immediately started to denigrate me for ********s having missed her 20 minute warning call. ******** explained later that two of our people called out sick on Monday for various reasons. After I explained this to The mechanic, and that I had a tilt trailer, and that I could easily roll the lift off to the open spot as well as the fact that he could just continue doing what he was doing, for some reason he went on and on about the fact that he usually has a ramp truck for these type of deliveries having not absorbed one word I had said. I Could not get a word in edgewise. ************** came outside and proceeded to denigrate me while demanding the same explanation that ************* had already received during the last four or five minutes. They could not get past the missed *********************************************************************************************************** I made three attempts to explain my side of things and it fell on deaf ears. I pointed to the open parking spot and offered to roll it off one last time but the mechanic told me that I was to put the machine some place in the back of his building, and that was not the agreement. We free ground delivery to the driveway. After assessing the situation carefully while sitting in my truck to get out of the rain, I realized that this is probably not a customer that I want to do business with if Every interaction moving forward in during the life of the product is going to be negative because we missed a simple 20 minute call that really would not have mattered if they gave me the opportunity to explain, and actually listened to my side of things. All I had to do was roll the lift off onto the parking lot and into the open spot. But they would not let that happen. I refunded the customers money and did not charge them a delivery fee or processing fee. Ive done my best to proofread this as Im sitting in my truck right now on the iPhone. Sincerely, ***************************
