    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the wedding services provided by Mirbeau Inn & Spa. My son's wedding took place at the venue in June, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience.The wedding planner, an employee of the Mirbeau, was noticeably absent throughout the wedding ceremony and reception. Her disappearance and lack of supervisory presence before key moments like dinner, dancing, and toasts contributed to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. The lack of guidance and support from the planner left the entire event feeling disjointed and unprofessional These issues and many other unfortunate failures on the part of the Mirbeau significantly marred what should have been a happy and festive occasion. I would strongly caution others not to consider Mirbeau Inn & Spa for their weddings. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable, especially for events as special as weddings.The inn's manager's lack of responsibility and oversight was surprising, to say the least. When I mentioned my displeasure the day after the wedding, she was dismissive and did not seem to care that the floors were dirty or that attention to detail was severely lacking. I urge others to be cautious when considering Mirbeau Inn & Spa for their special events. The chef prepared mouthwatering food, but unfortunately, it could not overshadow a wedding marred by poor organization and a lack of professionalism.

    While I do not agree with the accuracy of the review, I understand you were unhappy. Rest assured this was addressed months ago. Over the last ******************************************************************************************************************************************* this wedding. Additionally, several of us spoke to the bride,groom and the extended family multiple times in order to get a full picture of what occurred. We waived a significant portion of the cost as a gesture. Thank you.
