    RCC Air lacks diligence, competence, honesty, and integrity.RCC Air was hired to specify, design, and install an HVAC system for our home. They failed on every front.Specify: RCC Air was unable to provide their Manual-J (standard load requirement document). They specced a system that was far too large for our house and ultimately caused short cycling, lack of proper dehumidification, and excessive electricity usage.Design: RCC Air admitted to not using the manufacturer's ************ design software to map the system. The ********** assessor noted that multiple components should not have been connected as they were.Install: RCC Air butchered installation. Cassettes not airsealed in unconditioned spaces. Missing components. Condensate lines not hooked up or leaking into walls. Lower quality / less expensive models installed versus what was specified in proposal, without owner's knowledge or consent. RCC was given 6 months to fix these issues, but was unable to do so within this time horizon.All documentation (emails with RCC Air, photographs, videos, etc.) will be publicly available shortly.
