              I installed a hurricane garage door in my garage in 2023 and could not lift it to take my garbage out. Since my wi-fi is needed to use an opener I approached Breezeline that supplies the modem in my HOA and they had to send me pod wi-fi extender. They tell me I need a modem with the pods. When I got my first bill I noticed they are billing me for the same modem I pay my HOA for with maintenance fee. I have called them several times over the last 15 months and they refuse to reconcile my claims. I am quickly approaching 70 and can not afford to keep shelling out money twice for the same one modem. When I called them recently they told me I live in a condo ( not sure if their HOA provides Modem) , I dont, I live in a house with same modem since 2020. All I get is double speak from them.

              We had Breezeline internet at two rental properties. When we canceled the service they charged us $180 for two pods we never received or used.
