            I purchased two hearing aids through MassHealth from this company. When I have a problem with them I bring them to this company. I have been unable to reach them by phone for over 3 months. When I leave messages they never return them. I can never reach a human being by phone. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to go into the office. The parts for the hearing aids that I need can be easily sent to me if I could just reach them but I cannot. I have tried different ways to contact this company to no avail. All I want is to be able to reach somebody and to get my hearing aids fixed.

            They keep glass windows on reception closed and door to rest of office locked. i have to visit the bathroom frequently. I knocked on the glass windows and said i needed to use the bathroom she said stuffily i am on a medical call now. I had.explain explicitly why i needed to go now. She finally unlocked the door. I did knock loudly on the glass window but still i shouldnt have to beg to go. They took my hearing aides and phone and programmed the new hearing aides to what must have been an old test. They dont have a new test. Also they didnt attach me to their computer to see if i was hearing right. The replacement hearing aides have some paint of and im wondering if they are used hearing aides. Worst hearing place ive ever been to!!!
