    I made a clothing purchase online with ChicMe, the same night the items arrived I tried them on and attempted to start the refund process. I spent $270 on these items to be offered a $15 gift card! Now after informing them that I am filling a complaint I have been given 2 days to send the items back from the date of the email, which is in the middle of the night Friday and I am expected to pay for shipping. I have requested a phone number to speak with someone and has yet to receive it. This is definitely not good customer service or business practices. It took a month to get items that I ordered, then they didn't fit and instead of being accommodating and satisfying the customer I am being made to jump through hoops! I have no issues with complying with their latest request of sending the items back but I would be incurring further cost and it is probably almost as much as I spent on the items. I'm positive that they have a corporate account and can pay their own shipping. In addition to the fact that the website states 100% refund if you are not fully satisfied, it does not state that you must pay shipping for your lack of satisfaction!I am requesting to have my funds returned to me and paid shipping for them to receive their merchandise back! *** I am trying to upload emails and screenshots of my communication with them but it is not uploading. Is there an email address I can send them to directly?
