    On Saturday August 20th, my son and I purchased a car in cash from Finest Auto Sales. We have the Bill of Sale here at home. *********************** (spelling?) is the manager and said he would charge the ** and make an adjustment to the gas meter and it would be delivered to us on the following Tuesday, August 23rd. Tuesday came and went and by early evening I was attempting to get an update. Calls go unreturned and often texts are not answered for hours. When we finally spoke by telephone, he promised the car would be delivered a week later - today, August 30th. I made several attempts to call and to text from various numbers with no success. I got one text saying he would update me at 3pm but he never did. It is 10 of 6 now. In my text I did say that in lieu of a working car, I would be requesting my money back. I am out $4000 and have not received the item I paid for (in full).

    I just put the star because I cannot comment without it, but they do not even deserve one star. The 3 gentlemen that work here are rude, unprofessional, and very irresponsible. They are bad at business and horrible at customer service. They sold us a car about a month ago, we still havent taken it out if the lot. The car hasnt been fixed they promised to get everything done a week after buying it and still Nothing. The doors to the car did not want to open at all. We got it financed and it was all a rush. We got scammed into it all to be honest. We want our money back we do not even want the car anymore. One of the guys even suggested we take it out of the lot with NO registration and no inspection sticker. I said NO!!!! They make it hard on a customer. Also if you deny them something they treat you like their enemies. This business should be shut down they shouldnt be in business. Also as I stood 5 hours in the so called dealership of theirs I seen a bunch of people extra mad with them too. We even had to call the police on them because they think they can do as they please. I will be taking them to court and they will pay my expenses and my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
