    Wish I saw these reviews before buying..Buyer beware!!!NO STAR!!Worst dealership, shady as hell!!Brand New Car, arrived with 235 miles on it, really?? Covered in dirt, bird c*** Car was washed with Brushes as there are starches thought the paint of the car, the car windshield was re glued they said it was bird sap, blamed it on the car being black. The list goes on and on, their reviews are fate, they will tell you if you give them a 5 star review they will order you weather tech mats!!!The owner couldn't be bother to address my concerns, and the both ******** are useless.They on have a 3 day policy, i didn't receive the car until 3 days later!

    Wish I read these reviews before I tried to purchase a truck from them. Told them I'd buy a truck and we were in the middle of emailing in filling out paperwork back and forth They mailed me paperwork with $1,800 in fees when everyone else was $200 in fees And they said they'd fix a recall on the vehicle But the paperwork didn't reflect that. Also reading the paperwork I wanted to drop the extended warranties that I was told about over the phone I emailed them with three questions about those three things and the next morning I got dang, if I don't send the paperwork back they were going to sell the truck mind you I'm in the middle of buying this truck. I emailed them and told them I didn't appreciate that. I need the three questions answered and I never got an answer back. 2 days later I got an answer saying the truck was sold Even though I was in the middle of purchasing it, they wasted my time for a week and a half. Went back on their word and just said anything they could to get the sale to go through when I had questions they didn't like that apparently wouldn't recommend them

    This customer was from ** wanting to complete a remote deal.  Sent truck to Meineke in ******* to get pre-sale inspection for customer on 11/10.  Customer was not responsive after inspection for a few days then offered $1500 off asking price (11/13).  Told him that we couldn't do his price, he accepted our price.  He completed a credit application and spoke to finance on the phone on 11/15.   We overnighted the documents on 11/15.  He contacted salesperson with questions about a recall and mentioned something about questioning the warranty he was purchasing , myself and the salesperson tried reaching him to discuss on 11/18 with no response from customer.  We tried reaching him several times on 11/20 (via phone and email) to follow up and speak with the customer.  We verified that the customer never provided a deposit on the truck and prior to the end of business on 11/20 I emailed him explaining that we had been trying to reach him to answer his questions and to discuss the deal.  I also explained that we would not be able to continue holding the vehicle without a deposit or signed paperwork and that if we did not hear back from him that the truck would be available for others to purchase.  He responded 24 hours later and the truck was already sold to another customer by that time.   When he did respond, he was still not ready to move forward, and still had questions.

    Horrible place all around charged me for 3 days of labor and both times I went to the dealership the vehicle was not in the shop being repaired. Also sat in the waiting room for hours and the service department ( *****) forgot I was in there.
