    I pay a property lease for my Mobile home. It is ****** a month. I paid through my bank account DCU. They changed the amount to &****** without my Permission! I consider this an act of theft on their behalf.It was remove from my bank account without my knowledge. I do not have a signed contract with this *******************

    Enumerate is our software provider and September 1,2023 added a $2.00 fee to any client signed up for auto pay.  This was something Bristol South had no control over and tried to challenge the fee.  Enumerate and Bristol South BOTH sent notices of this fee.  

    The attached notices were sent to all clients registered with Enumerate's auto pay.  Each of our client's registered with Enumerate's auto pay had the right to opt of their auto pay by September 1, 2023, to avoid the $2.00 convenience fee.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as ******************************************************************** is a money Hungry and greedy Business that likes to make as much money as possibly can by sucking money out of Home owners.

    HI ******,

    Your original complaint was about the $2 fee that you incurred due to auto pay. Bristol South and the 3rd party auto pay company sent you multiple correspondence on his long before the charge was going to incur. We attached proof of this correspondence for your review. Bristol South does not make the extra $2 and does not benefit by the extra $2 in any way. We see none of that money. The fee in which Bristol South charges your community has not changed since the day we signed the contract in 2020. In fact, your rent has not changed in that same time frame. Your board determines the lot rent and all expenses incurred, not Bristol South. Please feel free to call us if you would like to speak more in person about this.
