    03/20/2024 I put a down payment of $1500.00 on a 2014 infinite q50. I didn't test drive it .I let the seller know I needed a few paychecks to come up with rest of down payment, $ ******* plus full coverage insurance. I went back in 4 weeks and was going to put down $500 more but i wanted a test drive, The car had no battery and was told to come back next week for a test drive, so later that day, I decided to not continue with the purchase, since not being able to even test drive the car is a big red flag. I called for a week with no response. I finally got response from the person who only set up the appointment saying that he would only give me a refund when the car sells. I then post a bad review and tried calling again, i get **** on the phone and he says i have to pay for the car insurance and 45 days of floorplan interest to get my refund. i asked why was the car still not drivable and he said he had other car to take care of and i said the car never came off the website for sell, you only put a sold sign on the non- working car, how can you charge me for it not being sold, it's been on his site for almost a year.

    I do not know how crooked people sleep at night! I originally wanted to purchase a 2012 Jeep Cherokee that I saw online. I was told that the Jeep was sold and I ended up financing 2015 ***** Euquinox. Put down a $1k on Sept 21,2023 I wasn't able to pick up the car till Oct. 6,2023 **** and ****** said the reason it took so long was because they wanted to make sure it was running smoothly, and get it registered. While waiting for the vehicle to get registered and inspected the 2012 Jeep was still listed on the website. Every time that inquired about the Jeep they still kept telling me it was sold. Finally take possession of the Equinox and was told it is running fine and the only thing is the sensor light for the low tire needed to be turned off & the brakes may seem a little stiff however they were just put on, I had a witness who heard the same thing being said. Upon taking the Equinox and driving from ******* to **********, ** I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.When I called ****** to tell him about the ******************* wipers they asked when I could bring the vehicle in, I said Friday Oct. 27,2023. I sent an email on the 26th to see what time to come in. I was told they needed to order the brakes when asked why do New brakes needed to be ordered ****** said he didn't know the mechanic didn't order what was need. Meanwhile the 2012 Jeep is still listed on their website. Then ****** had ******* co-worker (Veteran...because I took am a Veteran) text me stating that he bought the Jeep for his wife and just waiting on the title. Yet it is STILL listed on the web for potential customers to get their hopes up. Well here it is Nov. 3rd and I had to take my vehicle to get reinspected and I need wipers, brakes/ rotors,oil change and out of pocket invoice for $500+ to be safe on the road. I do not trust Route 138 Motor Car Company to do what they should have done in the first place and to this date the Jeep is still listed. same color, same VIN #.
