    My car was hit I took it to 3 autobody before T&S I told **** what was said we agreed 3500 on top of what the insurance was paying minus the cost of parts that I had paid for out of pocket with parts cost applied to the 3500 I asked for the written estimate he said a supplemental claim had to be filed and I would get the estimate from him after. A week later I asked for the estimate he said he forgot to send it then a few days later he sends me pictures of the work started I ask again for the estimate and told him I was uncomfortable without the estimate he tells me don't worry it will be cheaper then the $7700 I was told he tells me my car is ready I see my car it is missing pieces, has scratches and new hood issues he informs me that my car is now $3,432 over the highest estimate. He says that he never had the canards for my car which was apart of the front bumper, I can pay him to buff the scratches because the car is just sitting there and my car is being charged $150 per day for storage

    On 12/21/23 *********************** brought in his 2014 ************ in for repairs, He has a Insurance claim on the right front of his car. He then stated that he wanted to get the rest of the car done while it's here in the shop. And i told him it's going to be at least $3500 and it would go up from there. He stated to me that ok it's has to get done anyways. I told him I couldn't give a final price yet because he was doing some modification on the 2014 Camaro. When we was getting ready to paint the car he ask me if I could get the rear bumper lower cover which was $303.62 which wasn't in the $3500 quote at the time he drop off his car. Also some part was missing on the front bumper so I let Dameain know and he stated to me that he found it in the corner of his basement. He said the canards on the front bumper wasn't painted and attached to the car, I told him they was never in the box. At the time of completion of the repairs I told him his out pocket cost is $4300 and he wasn't happy about that. that price was for 3/4 of the car being painted and all the dents and for all the modification done on his car.

    The estimate that **** said he sent over was after the Job was completed which was a bill and even that was incomplete the screenshots that he posted are not what I was asking for he was supposed to send me the estimate right after the supplemental report in December
