    The worst!1. Miss communication or no communication at all.2. Poor management on the property.3. Posted the problems on portal with auto-responds and took forever to either getting nothing resolved or no never been addressed.4. The company has issues on keep the staffs. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

    It is hard to comment on this complaint as there is no reference or context for me to determine if there is a relationship with this individual or not.  If this is a condominium owner they may not have liked the Board's decision on how to proceed and since we deliver the message the complaint is misdirected.  Regarding staff, yes we as well as the entire industry are having a hard time with staff retention due to the demands of the job.  Our average employee tenure is over 9 years.  We are not perfect however this review gives us no feedback or actionable information to work with.

    This management company was the reason I sold my condo in ********** **. They embezzle money through multiple fines. They levied fines against my tenant totaling $1000 within a few months. taking pics of her children saying they left trash. Accused tenant of illegal parking even though they don't own a car. They're condo fee is the highest coupled with fabricated assessment. A trash fine of $500. The ************************* can't be bothered. no one is in the office, they all work from home with no in person communication with anyone. I ended up selling condo because of Brigs harassment.

I would like to clarify that BRIGS operates on behalf of the Board of Trustees, who hold the authority to determine fines and their potential waivers. It is important to note that BRIGS does not benefit financially from your tenant's fines.

    I personally responded to your emails and phone calls, ensuring effective communication. During our correspondence, I made it clear that the decision regarding the fines rested with the Board. Moreover, we extended an invitation for you to meet directly with the Board to present your case and contest the fees.

    As you correctly mentioned, the fines were documented, and after careful consideration, the Board decided against waiving the fees.

    On a separate note our ********* office is staffed five days per week by appointment only.
    Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and am sorry that your experience with BRIGS was a negative one. I truly wish you a much better experience in any future investment management opportunities.

    I dont even want to give them one star. They have without a doubt the worst communication and follow through of any business Ive ever interacted with. We have had multiple issues with our new construction condo and they never address issues in a timely manner, and its near impossible to get in touch with them unless you send multiple messages and follow **** Our building replaced the taco valves in each unit almost 2 months ago and ever since the alarm for ours has been beeping. We wrote to them right away and havent even gotten a response let alone a fix. An alarm has literally been beeping in our utility closet which we can hear from our unit for TWO MONTHS. This is not the first time theyve left ** hanging on something that was incredibly disruptive and Im sure it wont be the last. Their lack of communication, follow through, efficiency, and productivity has ** seriously contemplating selling our unit because this is just absurd. I would never recommend this company and truly cannot even find one positive thing to say about them.

    Brigs Management and *********** Don't **** The prop mgr Brigs refuses to help owners when there's an *****caused problem, and the Board is weak and hides issues. I had to pay for ceiling damage caused by a roof leak, because the mgr said it was MY problem!!! How could damage from **** leaks be My fault??? Brigs / High Rocks Condos couldve done The Right Thing but chose to brushoff reimbursement. There wouldve been no cost to them, and now, the homeowner paid personally thru no fault of his own. Brigs tried to deflect responsibility to insurance companies, then to the ********** by saying Brigs is only doing as they are told. Brigs feigns inability to approve, saying, BRIGS does not have the decision making authority but repeatedly refused requests, apparently not informing the Board of the problem until compelled by BBBs complaint.Dealing with the entire bunch proved fruitless, after continued denials and trying to ignore and dismiss damages. I would Not deal with any of them in the future, including owning in High Rocks Condos again.

    This company is horrible. They do not provide the service you pay for. They give you the run around and give you a generic excuse everytime you call. Now if you miss a payment they will harass you for their money. My community has gone thru so many property managers. UPPER MANAGEMENTS DO NOT CARE. They have no positive reviews and they do not care as long as they get their money they will ghost any request.

    Awful company. Brigs has been refusing to address problems created by their ripping out my windows for over 6mo despite regular requests. They have refused to answer all other general customer service inquiries, such as the status of sewer work. If you ever get to speak to them they are dishonest and do not address questions or take responsibility for doing their job. They have no process for ensuring owner requests are handled, let alone to the reporters satisfaction, as confirmed by their customer service manager. The process is "forward it to the property manager and hope they feel like answering it". They love to tell you your email went to spam, as if it is not their responsibility to have a working email system. They are running a construction project and claimed they would publish schedules and communicate with owners, if they publish at all it is inaccurate and late. They feel no obligation to provide services our association is paying for, customer/project ********************** or just general maintenance. Avoid at all costs, they're awful.
