Money driven, complete lack of empathy. My dog was seen there & wrongly diagnosed with an E Coli infection. What it took to even get to this diagnosis was despicable. The lack of attention to what I was explaining as far as his symptoms went was unsettling but I was unable to get him to a different vet. The vet was completely unsure of what was happening & in her ignorance even told us that he may have kidney disease and could easily crash and burn if that was the case. I asked multiple times for a different vet, only to be switched back over to the vet that was falling short everytime id arrive for a new appointment. He was wrongly put on antibiotics for 4 months. Once coming off, he worsened within a week. I brought him to be checked again. The same vet prematurely gave him an antibiotic injection at this visit prior to doing an ultrasound (this was the 1st time a stomach ultrasound was brought up as something that should be done) only for the vet to come back & tell me that his stomach was riddled with tumors and he was trying to die in that moment. Within the next 2 hours, they euthanized our dog. Cancer wasnt 1 of the things even brought up Even more unsettling, they charged us $700 for this and came into the grievance room 3 different times to ask for our card for payment as my child was in hysterics on my lap and my husband cried his heart out holding our dog that could have had more time had this establishment cared less about money and more about actual care of animals. They even still charged us for the antibiotic injection they prematurely gave him before knowing what was truly wrong. Had we done the right tests Id been questioning in the start, our dog would have gotten the appropriate treatment and had more time. They fell short on everything from knowledge to bedside manner. And the prices are absolutely disgusting. We will never return to this vet and I do hope other consider looking elsewhere because theres much more wholesome care out there.
