              I hired asap drains to clean out the clogged main sewage drain in our basement. There was sewage back up in a laundry sink and the first floor bathroom, but the basement floor was dry and clean. The technician did unclog the drain but left sewage water with f**** in it over about 1/3 of our basement floor. I now have to pay $2,000-$3,000 to get it properly cleaned up including the disposal of every item standing in the fetid water. ASAP insists that they are not responsible and that I agreed to sewage issues on their **** (attached). However, the **** was only given to me after the service was completed and the **** doesn't say anything about ***** water. It only claims they are not responsible for broken pipes or toilets, etc.

              Called ASAP re washing machine sewer backup in basement and kitchen sink clog. Technician arrived after several hours and had trouble locating the main sewer line. (!!). When he did he said he couldnt get access to it and would have to go through the toilet which would cost extra. He fixed the problem (except for the sink clog which he said was a separate issue) and requested a check for $685 which I paid. I later learned the sewer line had another access point and he didnt have to go through the toilet. I feel Ive been grossly overcharged for a visit that should have cost $350.
