HORRIFIC SERVICE! ***DO NOT COME HERE*** ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY***I had brou*ht my *********** here who also family member. *********************************** was TERRIBLE. Showed no compassion for my pet. Spoke to me like I was a child and didn't understand basic En*lish. It was extremely disrespectful. The tech, *****, rushed me into the exam room and kept askin* me questions but never *ave me any time to answer. she didnt even want to be there.she told me dr. * will be in soon. ******************************** She rushed the exam too and acted like I knew absolutely nothin* about MY pet.So disrespectful. Their pricin* even more horrific. They add on extra stuff like bloodwork that was never discussed with me so I NEVER approved them *ettin* her blood. When I went to pay the receptionist must of been new cause she looked as if she was confused and I had 6 heads when i went to ask about certain char*es. Her response "oh, thats awkward. Well the bloodwork is about $250" No, I do not want you to tell me the lab work is awkward. How is that professional? I wanted to take off that char*e. ********* went behind my back without my consent to stick a needle into my do*. I was NOT okay with that. Then this clueless dumbass of a receptionist smiled, pushed her *lasses up off her nose and dismissed me by *oin* ri*ht to her cell phone. You are workin* at the front desk, you're the face of the company and you *o to play on your cell phone while I was not done askin* questions. I asked who I was speakin* with and she said "******" I was appalled with this so-called professional service. They only care about how much money you have. show no compassion whatsoever to the pets that are brou*ht in either. NEVER will i ever *o back. $300+ to be spoken down to by a Dr. and then to be dismissed by reception while im still talkin*. her cell phone was more important than the payin* customer standin* ri*ht in front of you.I will be contactin* corporate and sendin* them a more detailed e-mail.
