    I had high hopes for this being a smooth move since the quoting and booking process was well organized. Unfortunately, I had a busy month at work and then a debilitating migraine on the days immediately preceding my move and was behind in packing. When I realized I couldnt quite finish in time and I literally had no strength left, I called Precisions office and asked if the movers had sufficient time to help me finish packing (i.e. just throw the clothes and purses in my closet into bags). The office said yes, this was their only move for the day so just show them what needed to be done and say I spoke to the office. The movers arrived on time but when I asked the head mover about the closet, he expressed no sympathy about my illness and said why dont I work on the closet while they bring my packed stuff down. And the lead guy had an attitude the whole day. Its not like I was requesting a favorI asked nicely and was paying for their time! And I wasnt asking them to organize anything, just grab and dump all the clothes in bags. Not feeling well, I didnt press the issue so I just grabbed a handful of clothes that I would need right away and left the rest to pickup later in the week.Then my friend arrived to pick me up and we drove off at the same time as the movers. My friend took the wrong way three times so I was expecting the movers to be waiting for us at the destination. They were not there when we arrived which was surprising but I figured they stopped for gas. We went inside and waited for them to arrive. I tried calling and got voicemail. I called the office and was told to call the movers, which I had already tried multiple times. The office tried the other movers cell and was unsuccessful. He told me dont worry they didnt run off with your stuff. Seriously? That wasnt my concernmy concern was that they are doubling the amount of time that the move should have taken which would cost me a lot of $ and waste my time and my friends time, who was waiting to help me after the movers left. We waited for another 45 mins and I called the office again. This time he said they had to return to the office to get a gas card that they shouldve had before they left for the job. Im thinking they went to lunch since we waited a total of 1.5+ hours. My new building has a lot of entrances and I originally had the wrong entrance for move-ins. A senior citizen who lived by that entrance was yelling to them that they were on the wrong side. They started to yell back at the guy. Having rude, disorderly movers is not a great first impression to my new neighbors or the management office.I pointed the movers to the correct entrance and they legit disappeared again. I stood propping the door open for around 30 minutes! I called after a while and was told were coming, with no explanation of why it was taking so long so circle a building halfway. Long cigarette break?The first couple of loads from truck to elevator to apartment, they brought up promptly. They disappeared a long time between the last two loads. The last item brought up was the dining room table and then the head mover disappeared again, leaving my friend to help the other mover assemble the table.Also, the head mover dropped instead of placed a lot of boxes to the floor, even ones with fragile stickers. Fortunately, I had packed the fragile stuff exceptionally well so there were no broken items (shockingly). Finally, the head mover returned with the paperwork. They were charging me 6 hours for a move that should have taken 3 hours *** including driving time (the only piece of furniture was the dining room table, which was already disassembled for them). And they only subtracted 15 minutes for the insanely long gas break!My friend was about to argue but I wasnt feeling great and just wanted the move to be over.To add insult to injury, I asked for them to use a different card from the debit I used for the deposit. I called the office and gave the credit card #. They charged my debit card anyway (and there was way more than enough available credit on the credit card).After all this time and $, I still had to hire someone to help me with my closet later that weekthank goodness I moved well before my lease was over!I was moving from a shared apartment and still have a lot of furniture to buylast thing I needed was to unnecessarily go hundreds of dollars over the expected cost for this move!
