            I need your assistance regarding an unresolved car paint issue.On September 21, 2023, Alpha Weatherproofing Corporation was hired to replace balcony doors at Edgewater Place Condominiums in ******. They had a construction mishap and Epoxy paint was spread all over the parked cars in the parking lot. First Residential, the property management company at Edgewater Place Condominiums informed me that I would have to pay for the repairs up front and then I would be reimbursed. As a person over 60, and with one income, I could not do that. On 09/11/2023, I took my car to the autobody shop. This is when the nightmare started. Alpha Weatherproofing Corp has a low coverage policy with ********************************* ***** was very cheap with the repairs. ****************************** were slow in submitting appraisals to **************************** They were low balling every estimate for fixing my car. The appraisal wanted to total my car. This issue was not my fault. My car was in the autobody shop from 09/11/2023 to 10/19/2023, a total of 38 days to remove paint from my car. Utica ********************* refused to replace the windshield. I have a spot of paint still on my windshield. I drove my car in the rain, and I had little spots all over the windshield. I had a conversation with ************************** and they requested a payment of $1,035.94 for the 38 days I had their rental car. Again, this was not my fault. I am not sure what the resolution is going to be. I refuse to let my insurance company pay out of pocket for this issue. Please help me. This is not right or fair. I need a new windshield.             I live in a condo complex. Alpha Weatherproofing was hired to install new sliders, repair outside walls and paint and renovate the balconies for better weatherproofing. Alpha Weatherproofing of ********** ** does very poor quality work. I have taken photos and documented their work. I have also reported a threatening and viscous incident with one of their employees. Also, the workers have damaged my new sliders with paint overspray and paint slop on the metal frames and the vinyl outside cover. They did further damage by cleaning the frames with SOS scouring pads. Scratches were left on the vinyl coating. A nasty deplorable mess. Everything is documented by photos. The vicious threatening action from one of the employees occurred when he threw a spray can and hit one of my new sliders as I was sitting near it. 42 inches from my right shoulder to be exact. If the glass broke, I could have been injured severely, if not fatally. Apparently the workers do not like complaints about their sloppy unprofessional work and viscously seek retribution. In addition, approximately 40 vehicles belonging to residents of this building have been over sprayed by Alpha Weatherproofing. Very unfortunate and sad situation in this building. What a mess.
