      My mortgage payments are being processed by check but the bank is sending me letter of non payment - this happened in 2022 and they recovered payment and apologized for error - November 2023 I got same letter communicated with Jason R and he located payment - December 2023 I got a loan late payment letter stating that November 2023 and December 2023 were not received - both check payments were processed by my bank and Savers on time and at least one week early from the due date of the 14th of each month. October check ***. November check *** and December check *** - 2023 payments were all on time and processed

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We are sorry for any inconvenience that you have experienced. 

      Savers Bank has completed its review and would like to apologize for the processing errors that occurred.  We can confirm that both transactions were corrected at the time you brought the matters to our attention.  We can also confirm that payments were applied prior to the loan due date and recorded on time. 

      Lastly, in an effort to prevent future occurrences,weve taken steps internally to ensure this will not happen again.
