I think Southwick Insurance Agency is the best. They found prices for my home, auto at much better prices than our last insurance agent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Very satisfied with them.

Called to check rates against my current policies with another company. Spoke directly to a receptionist who connected me to Cyreena. No push this, push that. Incredible live people. The process was so simple. She got quotes from several other companies and I ended up changing and saving me about $1,200!!!!! It was so simple and nice dealing with local people. I highly recommend calling them to check your rates!!! 10 out of 10!!!!Southwick Insurance Agency, Inc.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased a 6 month auto insurance policy and paid my premium in full. Less than a month later, I regretted my decision and went back to my old auto insurance company. Every time I and my new insurance company provided them proof of new insurance, Im being told that its with not enough or that I need to provide additional documents. I feel like Im being held hostage. Why cant they just tell me all the documents that Ill need upfront instead of giving me the run around?! Buyer beware.Southwick Insurance Agency, Inc.

Hi ****** I see we wrote a CT auto policy for you with a very low premium of $535 with full coverage collision and comprehensive. You then moved the policy to GEICO a month later and we simply required GEICO to send us a 2A form or LPR to cancel legally. We have no control over GEICO not sending the proper documents. was dealing with 2 insurance agencies who kept sending me bills suggesting that i keep adding more coverage.. i received my last home insurance bill with an increase of 600$ and no reason why. i decided to check out Southwick Insurance and in less than 10 minutes he saved me 400$ on my car insurance and with a small change to my home insurance i can save another 400$. i give Southwick Insurance 5 stars! ************Southwick Insurance Agency, Inc.

I had been using an online service for 15 years and was not pleased when they raised their rates 20% without even a phone call. Reaching a live person was painful at best. My friend recommended Southwick Insurance and their old school service. I gave it a try and visited their charming facility last week. The staff were friendly and helpful and researched member companies to maintain my home and auto coverage levels at a reduced price. Having staff to go to *** is a welcome service. Im so happy to have made the switch and would recommend them to anyone.Southwick Insurance Agency, Inc.

After doing business with a local agency for more than 15 years, I switched to Southwick Ins for my automobile insurance. All it took was one phone call with a request for a comparison coverage quote prior to renewal to make me change agencies. I received an email with a quote in less than one hour. Not only did my rate go down $480, the coverage was BETTER than what I had with the company I'd been with for well over 20 years. My recommendation, 1. request a review of your current policy based on your needs every year before renewal, and 2. call Southwick!************Southwick Insurance Agency, Inc.

5 starsThe Southwick insurance agency staff team is great. I personally deal with ****. He has been my insurance go to person for a couple of yrs. Always on point and has even helped me out on holiday. 1 starWas a client for years. Decided to make the transition to much cheaper quote with someone else. Southwick made it beyond as difficult as possible to switch finding reason after reason to not allow the transition to be smooth. The other company even stated it was the most unprofessional place theyve ever dealt with. Charged me a beyond premium price but once I was switching to a new company all of a sudden they could find lower rates. Avoid at all costs just a third party connector that gets paid to sign you up to actual insurance companies.
