      On June 21, 2023 I brought the SUV to the Golden Nozzle Car wash in *******, ** for a wash. After the wash I pulled the car to the side to drive it and noticed the right side of the car was scratched, several swirls and lots of gashes. These scratches were not here prior to the wash. The left side of the car was in perfect condition. I brought it to the attention to the person on duty immediately and filled out an incident report. The person also took photos and acknowledged the scratched. (Photos are attached). The person on duty told me that someone will reach out to me later in the week. The report also noted that if no one calls me in five days, to call them. No one called me so I contacted Golden Nozzle on June 27, 2023. There was no answer and I left a detailed message. Today (June 28, 2023) I received a call from the ******* location at 302 PM. The person then told me they "looked at their cameras and they did not see any issues" and claimed they were not responsible. I was not pleased and explained that I showed them the damage immediately and expected them to own up to the damage their car wash caused my vehicle. I am hoping to resolve this without having to go through the small claims process. I will also send my request in writing to the company, if no response, I will pay for the repair myself and follow up with a 30 day demand letter for reimbursement and finally legal action. I hope this can be resolve before going through these steps.

      Hi, my name is Sean M, District Manager for Golden Nozzle Car Wash ******** ** location. I had just got back from vacation following up on my emails sorry for late response. After doing some investigating, I had reviewed the camera footage of *******'s vehicle going through the car wash and everything was operating correctly. From the photos that *******'s claiming the car wash scratched his vehicle these are clearly noticeable and would be able to pick on cameras. I had reviewed *******'s vehicle entering the car wash with no scratches and exiting the car wash with no scratches. I had sent ******* an email asking for a call back so I can discuss this incident. I didn't hear back, I tried to phone ******* also. That day we washed over 150 vehicles and washed 12 cars that hour the incident occurred. There weren't any complaints.       I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by Sean are untrue. I received no emails regarding this incident. In addition, I had to call to follow up and left a message. I received a call from the manager of the ******* location (not Sean) who gave me the same generic response "I checked the cameras and there were no scratches on the vehicle going in and coming out of the car wash." However as soon as the incident happened,  I took photos and the manager also took photos in real time. The photos clearly show several scratches. I am displeased that this company caused damage to my car and us unwilling to resolve the issue.

You see the car wash operating correctly and see *******'s vehicle entering the car wash with no scratches and exiting the with no scratches. Also, that day we washed over 150 vehicles an no complaints. The type of scratches *******'s claiming wouldn't be caused from our car wash.       I am rejecting this response because Sean did give me a call and gave me the same rigid - generic response. He claims he looked at the video and there was no scratches on my vehicle going into and out of the car wash, however, the photos clearly show a different story. He also admitted he saw me wipe the vehicle, notice the scratches and immediately drove my car to alert the attendant  - without actually leaving the facility. That is where I took those photos (attached.) In addition, the attendant also took his own photos.  I also told Sean that I was okay with bringing the car to a place of his choice for repairs. However, he immediately rejected my suggestion. I then asked him what he would do to fix my vehicle, and he told me nothing as he "was not responsible." I have used their unlimited plan without issue and I never expected such damage to my car. However, I was surprised by their unwillingness to work with me and own up to their responsibility once there was an issue. So now I am forced to pay for the repairs myself, then go through the legal system to get reimbursed. I am very disappointed with the response from this organization and their overall lack of customer service.

      On April 15 I went and got my truck washed at the Golden Nozzle on *************** in ******** *****, after going threw the automatic wash my truck was scratched very bad, I filed a complaint claim they told me I had to wait until a manager could look at it. I went back Tuesday April 18 and the manager looked at it but had told me corporate had already told him to deny the claim. I got several different excuses from that being normal wear from going to a car wash to it could happen at a car wash but not there's because they have state of the art technology. I went to Derek R in ****** at extreme shine to get an estimate and he told me I was about the 30th person this week to go there with damage from the Golden Nozzle and all the other peoples claim had also been denied

      I am rejecting this response because: my truck had just been buffed and waxed 2 months prior to this event at the dealer where I had just purchased the truck. The manager at this location told me is appears to be from a car wash just refused to accept it was from his, he said do you go to ****** st alot I said yes and he said it happened there then it didn't happen here. I assured him my truck had no scratches prior to going into his carwash and it was not from ****** street. Then he told me it was from going threw the carwash to often, then said it was from not buffing and waxing it enough. When I took it to a recon place to get an estimate one place quoted me 600 and another quoted me 400. The place that had quoted me 400 told me he has had over 30 customers that week alone come in with damage from ****** street and also from ***************. So I guarantee there was more vehicles damaged the same day as mine. Some people just chose to fix it them selves and never go back. The 1st time threw when I bought the truck it ripped off both moldings on the roof and I choose to fix it my self when the manager told me he would have used  superglue to put them back on. This is a 60 thousand dollar truck, not a 2500 dollar rust bucket. I am not the least bit happy there machine damaged my vehicle and they are refusing to pay to fix it.  I don't want to mention anyone's name as I don't want this person to loose there job but I was told they get alot of complaints, and deny them all! I was told they lie about it, and refuse all claims unless it is a wiper or minor fix they can do right at the wash. I don't feel I'm asking for alot, I just boughtnthebtruck a couple months ago it was buffed and waxed prior to buying and I want all my damage taken care of. I had a silverado I took to golden nozzle for the 4 years I owned it with no issues, my wife had a car we took there that long as well we have been loyal customers and I'm not looking for a hand out I just want my vehicle damage from the wash repaired

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Golden Nozzle Car Wash for damages incurred to my 2022 Ram 1500 truck during a recent visit to their facility, and their subsequent refusal to address and resolve the issue. On March 15, 2023, I used Golden Nozzle Car Wash's services for my vehicle. After the wash, I noticed red lint all over the passenger side and multiple scratches running along the side of my truck. I promptly reported the issue to the car wash staff and followed up with emails and meetings with the management team, including the regional manager. Despite my efforts, Golden Nozzle has failed to take responsibility for the damages or offer a suitable remedy. I obtained an estimate for the necessary repair work from a reputable auto detail shop, ******************, in ***********, **. The cost for blending and paint correction to rectify the damage is $450. However, Golden Nozzle's management has refused to reimburse me for the repair costs, even after reviewing the evidence I presented, including photographs of the damage. I have attempted to resolve this matter amicably, but the car wash management has remained uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. I feel that I have no choice but to escalate the issue and seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau in resolving this matter.       My manager, Michael G, and I have spoken with ************. He has provided his own pictures for what he believes our Car Wash did to his truck. Mike G requested that *********** bring the truck to the car wash so that it could be inspected. Mike G could not see the scratches in question but did in fact see some red lint. The red lint was easily wiped off and Mike G did that while he was meeting with ************. Mike G spoke with me about the claim and we determined that 1. We could not see any scratches and 2. Our equipment was in fine working order when he came through. Following that conversation, I had a conversation with ************ on the phone and told him the car wash is not responsible for what he was claiming and gave him the reasons why. I did however agree to meet ************ in ***** and inspect his vehicle myself to see if I could see the scratches. ************ did not show. I was at the location from 7:30 am 12:30pm on Saturday March 25. Later that afternoon ************ called me again and asked for another meeting to which I fully agreed. So, I went to Dover on Monday Morning arriving at 7:30 for a 9:00 meeting. He again did not show on that day. There has been no further communication from ************ following the last attempt to meet with him.

      I am rejecting this response because: Dear Better Business Bureau,
      I am writing in response to Golden Nozzle Car Wash's reply to my complaint. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with their response, which denies any responsibility for the damages to my vehicle and attempts to evade their responsibility.
      Golden Nozzle claims that they did not see any scratches on my vehicle and that I only reported red lint. However, I have already provided photographic evidence of the scratches, and I have also shown the damage to the location manager, an employee, and the assistant manager. It is clear that the damage was caused by the car wash, and Golden Nozzle's refusal to acknowledge this fact and take responsibility for it is unacceptable.
      Furthermore, Golden Nozzle's suggestion that I did not show up to meet with the regional manager is misleading. I had initially planned to meet with the regional manager on Saturday, but he was not available when I arrived. I subsequently had to work on Monday and could not meet with him then. I have made every effort to resolve this matter and have been met with dismissive and unhelpful responses from Golden Nozzle.
      I would like to reiterate that I am not satisfied with Golden Nozzle's response and will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved fairly. As a paying customer, I deserve to have my concerns addressed and my vehicle repaired properly. I urge the Better Business Bureau to continue to assist me in seeking a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties.

      I recently bought a car in February since the day I bought it I have been going to get a Carwash daily at the ******************* golden nozzle location. On Thursday March 16 2023, I went thru the Carwash half way thru the car came to a violent stop and shifted to the left an alarm sounded loudly then a second later we got shoved pretty hard forward at the end of the Carwash I quickly inspected the car and noticed that the passenger side front rim was scratched 3/4 of the way around I then went to the employee who stated that it was happening all day and they were aware of the issue I informed him of the damage he came and inspected it and agreed that it was caused by the Carwash and had me fill out a complaint form later that night I fully inspected all rims and found that there was also damage to the driver side front a small scuff about three inches long. I called the corporate office and left a message a few days later Tyler from the corporate office called and stated that after reviewing the camera and the picture sent that the damage was curb rash and they are not responsible for the damage and said if I wanted to go further it would have to be in court, I have been to the dealership it cost $200 per wheel to resurface or $620 to replace I have sent a 7 day demand letter trying to solve this issue out of the court system.

      We investigated this claim and found we were not responsible for this damage. Car washes are designed to be started and stopped on a regular basis with cars inside. This happens several if not more times a day because of customers not knowing how to put their car in neutral or they have a last-minute question after we have already sent their car. There is nothing in the car wash that would violently shake a car even if the car wash is started and stopped. Any customer who claims damage is asked to fill out a report. By filling out a report this does not automatically mean we are paying for the damage. The manager investigates all the claims and determines if something that is claimed is the cause of the car wash malfunctioning or human error. This was not the case with this claim. Looking at the claimed damage we believe this was caused outside of the car wash, possibly by rubbing against a curb or something like that. In conclusion we checked all our equipment it was in fine working order, we had no one else with this damage and we strongly believe this was not caused by the car wash.

      I JOIN Golden Nozzle Car Wash in 2018 with 19.99$ membership it was great while I had it but then in 2019 I change car but decided to cancel my membership at same place. they said they cancel it and they never did. I went back to them, and they gave a number to call which never answered me. I have my bank statement that shows every monthly payment since 2018 until now. never used it again since 2019 and I been charging all this time until now. I NEED TO CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP AND IT WILL BE FAIR A REFUN SINCE THE LAST TIME USED IT.

      I got an oil change from the golden nozzle car wash in ********** *****. Wishing 2-3 hours of leaving my skid plate fell off my car and almost caused and accident. I filed a complaint with the company to replace my skid plate as I had just left their business and only get oil changes there and now theyre not responding to me and not making any attempt to fix the situation.

      Golden nozzle car was in ********** bent the plastic silver trim on my car. As you can see there is a piece of the brush stuck in the plastic. Right near where the bent happened. This happened 2/06/2023

      Good morning. I went down to the car wash to try and investigate this claim.  I was not able to find any reports filed at the wash to allow me to further look into it. I did however check all of the car wash equipment.  Looking at the picture, that molding would have had to be loose.  The only way for the cloth to get behind the molding would be if it were not fully secured to the vehicle.  We washed over 500 other cars that day without issue.

      I was on the monthly membership, which I wanted to cancel. The operator at the station said he canceled it and that I wouldn't be charged again. I've continued to get charged and have left multiple messages without any response.

      I joined ************* at The Golden Nozzle located at the *********************************************** on November 27,2021. My last car wash was on 3/9/2022. I drove home from the carwash and parked my car. The total distance driven was 4.9 miles. ** Thursday, March 10th, I got a Tire Pressure Monitor Alarm when I started my car for the first time since I left the carwash. I did a visual inspection, and could not see if any tire looked low. they are low profile and run flat tires. I checked with my air pressure gauge, and I was unable to get a reading from my front right tire.I drove to ********************* at 637 ******* in **** and spoke to *******************, the Manager. **** had a technician check my tires and found that the right front tire had a slash in it. Upon further inspection, the rim was found to have a v notched out of it. **** told me that the damage had obviously been done by the car wash. I was without a car until Saturday, March 12th. The cost to replace my tire and rim was $904.29. I called and spoke to *********************, the District Manager for The Golden Nozzle, and told him about my damage as well as the assessment from the ******** Tire Manager. ****** told me that it was impossible that his machine caused the damage. He went on to say that his video showed that my tire was low when I entered the carwash! Again, these are low profile tires, it would be virtually impossible to see if a tire was low unless it was flat. Also, I would have already had the Tire Pressure Monitor alarm sounding. He insisted that his machine was in no way at fault.I told him that I then had no recourse but to bring him to court. He snickered and told me that he would see me in court! I am just now addressing this issue with you because I have been immobile and in a great deal of pain with pinched nerves since mid March. I am scheduled for major back surgery at MGH on June 29th. I am hoping that you will be able to obtain restitution for my tire and wheel.Sincerely,***************************

      I spoke the customer about the damages of her rim and tire. The customer is saying that we damaged her rim and tire on the passenger side of her vehicle. I explained that there isn't anything in the car wash that would cause the damage that she is reporting. The way it looks, the customer must hit a pothole to damage the rim and tire. If you look closely to the pictures of the crack on her the rim and tire.It is very impossible for a carwash to have done that type of damage.Especially inside of the rim. You would have had to be going in a very high speed to do this type of damage to your rim and tire. It is most likely that the customer hit a pothole and did not realize it until she went through the carwash.  I have explained to the customer that ***************************************** Carwash is not responsible for the damages done.

      On June 4, 2022, I went through the Golden Nozzle car wash in **********, **. While entering the later stage of the car was before the dryer, I proceed to hear a grinding sound against my tire and upon existing the car wash, my tire was completely flat and rim heavily damaged; this required my vehicle to be towed. An incident report was filed with the employee working there and I was told a manager would contact me; which I never heard from. I called the customer service line and left several messages and emails with no response from the company. I am looking for reimbursement for the replacement of my tire and rim which was damaged at the car wash.

      To whomever may concern,

      I spoke to Mrs./************************* about the damages of her rim and tire. The customer is complaining that we damaged her rim and tire on the passenger side of her vehicle. I explained that there isn't anything in the car wash that would cause the damage that she is reporting. The way it looks, the customer must hit a pothole to damage the rim and tire. If you look closely to the pictures of the crack on her the rim and tire. It is very impossible for a carwash to have done that type of damage. Especially inside of the rim. You would have had to be going in a very high speed to do this type of damage to your rim and tire. It is most likely that the customer hit a pothole and did not realize it until she went through the carwash.  I have explained to the customer that ***************************************** Carwash is not responsible for the damages done.

      I am rejecting this  because: Golden Nozzle did not contacted me at all and you can tell the individual is lying because if they did speak to me, they will know I am a he and not a she!!!

      Golden Nozzle has cameras in the car wash and should be able to see that THEY are responsible for this! In addition the tow truck pick me up at ************* because I could not drive my vehicle.

      This blatant lie by Golden Nozzle is unacceptable for a business.
