Ive been a patient at Trinity Health OBGYN for a little over a year now & just recently I had a terrible encounter with provider *. *********. She got frustrated and aggressive with me because I was asking questions about how long I would have to be experiencing sinusitis symptoms before I could come back and she would actually do something about helping me as far as treatment with antibiotics. She began raising her voice at me and slapping her chest telling me she wasnt going to do anything to help because she doesnt treat sinus issues and said I had to go to urgent care to be treated. Ive always had a pleasant visit up until my last visit with her & I will not be returning to the practice again because of my experience. Thank you for all your help, *********!

Major problems at Trinity Health of New England regarding administration of customer health records and billing issues! "In 2024 TH of NE upgraded software for their MyChart program .. After upgrade 3 months ago, I no longer have access to health records before Nov 1 , 2024 through MyChart After upgrade, I no longer have access to billing or payment method via MyChart. I have talked to Billing, Internal Billing, Customer Service, MyChart customer service and NO ONE can help - seems like most employees I have discussed a solution are also frustrated with management's failure to address this issue in a timely manner.

I cant believe this place is not shut down. Specifically the one in ******. I have dozens n dozens of complaints but Ill stick to the most recent. You cannot get into this facility for a sick appointment. I have a family of four, two children-Over the last 3 years, we have never been able to get an appointment when someone is sick. Every single time they tell you a nurse will call you back You wait around all day desperately, waiting to get an appointment-When they finally call you, usually at the end of the day they ask you to repeat everything all over again Then they tell you to go to urgent care. I have never, ever been able to get an appointment. There is no point in calling them, you will just be told they have no appointments available and go to urgent care. If you need a referral, you will not get one. My two-year-old desperately needed to see a specialist and we waited MONTHS just to get them to send a referral And that was after maybe 40 phone calls, calling every department, speaking to Managers They kept saying they were sending them, but the specialist never got a referral. Ultimately my husband had to take a sick day just to go to Trinity in ****** and demand a referral right then and there & not leave until he got one. They will give you lip service and tell you whatever they need to to get off the phone but they dont do anything after that. They just keep passing the buck.I only have 500 characters left so Ill talk about my miscarriage. I went for an ultrasound and I had a bad feeling plus I was bleeding-The tech did not say a word to me. I kept asking what was wrong or if she saw anything, she was silent She told me to wait to speak to the doctor. I am alone, crying Waiting in doctors office. I heard the nurse speaking to the doctor right outside my door and that is how I found out I had a miscarriage When the doctor came in, she started talking to me about the next steps when finally, I had to ask her, so I in fact had a miscarriage?

Watch your bills. Had an issue with my shoulder, get an appointment with a new primary care doctor. Arrive and pay my $30 co-pay, see the doctor, get sent for x-rays. Now I know I have to pay a percentage of the x-rays, so fully expecting a bill. I get two bills, one for $32.99 and one for $30.00, my co-pay. Call, spend half an hour on hold the first time, the rep states they have no idea why my payment was not applied to my co-pay, but it was applied to the x-rays. I question why the x--ray bill only shows $14.65 out of my $30 being applied? I get told on their end it shows the full amount applied, and they will send me an itemized bill showing this. A couple of weeks go by and I get account Past due notices threatening collections. Call again, the rep again tells me the full amount has been applied and I was sent the itemized bills. The rep, talking down to me as if I were a child being scolded, tries to explain that after my insurance adjustment I owe $47.64 for the x-rays, and they applied my payment to this bill, leaving a balance of $32.99, except 47.64-30 does not equal $32.99. The rep is sending another itemized bill supposedly, if they can't show where my money went this will escalate into a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The last time I was seen at this office they sent me bills for 10 co-pays, which I paid at the time of service. After multiple phone calls and hours on the phone a very helpful rep found $300 of my money in an account, they did not apply a single co-pay payment to my account.
