  We come in Monday 5/6/24 because are cat is just laying on floor not really moving and meowing, his eyes and breathing were fine. We come in at 11am, they tell us he has a crystal ******** before they even do any blood work or test. Hes also is in CRITICAL condition. They tell us he could drop at any moment and they do the catheter to drain his urine FOR 5 DAYS. They did not ONCE offer any surgery or to call any rescue shelters until Saturday 5/11/24 the day he was being euthanized. Which was our only option that we had due to not being able to pay for a $5,000 surgery. We also already spent almost $3,000! Which we could have used FOR THE SURGERY! We had asked if maybe he was stressed and thats why he wasnt urinating because hes never been away from us or home. They claim no that cant be the problem because he has been trying to pee but just squirts. They never left the catheter out for 24hrs. Which someone at my work had the same crystal ******** in their cat and she claims theyre suppose to WAIT 24HOURS until urination. They also told her, her cat might not be peeing due to STRESS OF BEING THERE!!!!! Her cat is home safe and suggest to never go there again. But as we asked to take him home to see if he can pee they claimed that we were inhumane. So now my cat has passed away and Im at loss of $3,000.

  I brought my cat, Gizmo in for a urinary blockage. He stayed for two days. The team here went above and beyond for my baby. The new owners are extremely nice and truly care about your pets well being.

  I brought my 10wk old kitten to MA-RI because he was extremely lethargic, not eating, and not going to the bathroom. He was also much skinnier than his litter mates. A vet tech brought him in the back, and came into the room a few minutes later to say he was rambunctious and eating and he must not like the food at home. She said she didnt feel it was necessary to run tests, and sometimes kittens are picky. We left and bought several different types of food. The next day he still wasnt eating so we brought him to another ER. There, we learned the kitten was in end stage kidney failure and was extremely sick. He is still there now and the outcome is grim. I called MA-** and let the front desk know what had happened and they said a clinic manager would call me back. They never called. This vet tech diagnosed which is VERY illegal. Id also like to know how a 10wk old kitten with kidney failure was rambunctious. The tech was dismissive, and at one point when pressed about his thin appearance she shrugged and said well, he is a new kitten what does that even mean?! **** temp was also 8 degrees below normal which means MA-** came to a conclusion without as much as doing basic vitals. Totally unacceptable and I cannot begin to imagine how many animals have been harmed or have suffered longer than they should have because this place doesnt know what theyre doing.

  Misdiagnosed my cat saying he had an ear infection. Went to a different vet because I realized the antibiotic the vet gave me was not working on my cat for over 2 weeks. Turns out he had ear mites. How the ****, as a vet, do you not know what ear mites LOOK LIKE?! They charge a LOAD of money and then proceed to let your pet get absolutely sick. Do not come here unless you want nothing but bad for your pets.

  They dont even deserve 1 star, Called numerous times to ask for refill on a medication that was previously prescribed for my sick dog at her first visit which was only 2-3 weeks ago, My dog is still sick,and they refused to refill her prescription for now until she can see her regular Vet,which she can not be seen until later this month(due to being fully booked up) So now Im hoping my dog doesnt go blind because of thieir negligence.I Will never take her there again. There is one technician there that was very very rude with me over the phone and a very cold hearted,mean person in general. She does not belong being a Vet Technician at all!! I asked her to please let me speak to her supervisor and refused to let me speak to her. I called back and told the front desk that I want to report her for making me so upset to the point I was nervous and Im tears!! She put me through to her supervisor,who did nothing but take the technician side and also very very rude as well. This place is a scam and they are in it just for the MONEY and thats it. I also think they have alot of nerve calling this place an animal hospital!!!! What a joke! They charged me outrageous prices on the care my dog received if thats what you want to callcare I dont recommend at all to bring your pet there. Its very sad my dog made get worse and go blind because of their stupidity.

  I would never bring my pet there again and I do not recommend them to anyone. They do test that you don't need ( INCLUDING UNNECESSARY BLOOD WORK JUST BECAUSE THE *** GOES OUTSIDE) and over charge you for it. Over $800.00!!! The staff is unfriendly and treat you like you are invisible. I tried to talk to them about the bill and they practically ignored me. They take advantage of people who are scared for their pet's condition.
