    I contracted their driving school to provide driving instruction ******s on 3 occasions. The first ****** went very well and I had the confidence to continue. The second ****** I was given by a different instructor. This instructor was aggressive and lacked the proper interpersonal skills to provide the proper instruction for a positive driving experience. I contacted the driving school after the ****** and listed the concerns that I had and requested a different instructor and that request was confirmed. He did not instruct or coach, he yelled, he continuously jerked the wheel causing me to panic, his comments were condescending and undermining my confidence. My 3rd ****** was on a Sunday and the instructor that I requested and they confirmed would not be my instructor arrived for my ******. The experience was a repeat performance of the first. Maybe he is a good fit for other individuals, but he is not a good fit for me his aggressive behavior has undermined my confidence in my ability to continue ******s and that is unacceptable. I reached out to their office tues, nov 12 and I was told to call in the afternoon. I called in the afternoon and was told to call in the morning. I also emailed them nov 12th and 14th. I've gotten no response to date. I dont feel that they have effectively provided driving ******s and would like them to replace those ******s with two more with a different instructor. If not refund me.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.   They reached out to tell me I have to dismiss my case but made no attempt to resolve-  they asked me if I wanted to get someone fired.  I have not heard from then since.
