              I purchased multiple products from Yankee Custom in ******. Most recently it was a new retrax tonneau cover. 1st time *****(no longer employed) installed with damage. ****(manager) said he would replace. New cover came in. ***** installed the new one, (I had a magnum rack on truck) in order for ***** to reinstall the rack. He drilled through the edge metal of my tonneau cover. I have since had rack removed due to wiring issues again from *****. And now there are holes in my tonneau cover rails, which are sharp and just shouldnt be there. This is completely unacceptable. **** offered to put plugs in, but said they will probably fly out. They manufacture this tonneau cover with notches for instances like this. Using this system there would not have been an issue I gave **** credit. He is thinking on his feet and truly cares about the business.

              They install bed cover for my 23 ****** Tacoma first rain start leaking very bad first time they seal it they said it is fix next rain start leaking very bad again second time they fix it again then next rain start leaking again then I find out they cut bed liner in two corner. Third time they take my truck inside then come back with dent on top of bed I dont know it was not there then he said bed has dent on it we cant send it back back for warranty.

              Hi ********, 

              We are sorry to hear you are still dissatisfied. As we have explained, your bed is not waterproof and all leaking issues were from existing gaps and seams in the bed from the factory. As for the "cuts" these are factory gaps in the bed as we had explained previously. The dent was mentioned to you as pre-existing and damage to the cover may affect the performance of the cover. We have at this point determined that the cover, besides the physical damage that occurred while in your possession, is operating in acceptable tolerances.
