So happy selling my house to *********** and all the team at Summit. It really worked out at a time when I really needed it to go fast and not complicate my life anymore!. They told me exactly what they would pay me and it never changed. They let me find a place to move and then closed the day before-I had the money and moved. Thanks to them!

I'm happy I ended up selling the house to these guys at Summit. It had been vacant for quite a while and I couldn't travel back and forth to keep it maintained all the time. It needed work on a bunch of things and I knew deep down that I was just not going to get around to doing it. Well I finally decided to sell - I was so relieved to get it done. Summit closed exactly on the day I picked and there were no hiccups - just fast closing and I put it behind me. Already recommended them to another friend.Summit Buys Houses

Summit is amazing! **** went above and beyond and helped me with several challenges I couldn't figure out how to work through on my own. **** is a regular dude and easy to get along with. He took time to understand what I was going through and it's obvious he really cares about people. It's a night and day difference talking to him from other "we buy houses" companies that call me daily and I'm glad we connected. I highly recommend Summit if you are thinking about selling your home.Summit Buys Houses
