    I purchased a Mer. Benz SL400 convertible back in April of 2024 The vehicle had damage to the wind screen which needed replacement also a thumping noise when you speed up which ended up being the differential The Dealer guaranteed this would be replaced at no charge. They had the vehicle an extra 20 days,, the salesman could not find the car, we found this odd, he explained the car was out with his runner. After a week we returned on friday because the car was due at the paint shop, again this time the car was there but they couldn't find the keys. We asked the salesman if the repairs have been completed , he said yes. We also noticed the car had not been detailed which they said they would do. The car had been scheduled for 9am Monday to be wrapped. On Monday at 10am the ************ called us and told us the car had not been delivered. He then sent a worker to the dealership to pick up the car but the car was not there. We called the dealer immediately, they couldn't find the car they said it might be out with a runner, it wasn't until 115pm that the car was located and delivered. None of the repairs had been completed. The car wasn't even vacuumed or washed. When I checked if it was repaired, IT WAS NOT, I've notified the dealer at least 25 times, leaving messages and getting NO response. It is now January 2025 and still no communication from the Dealer. When the car was finally picked up the vehicle had an extra 860 miles, we knew this because we checked the odometer prior and after we received the vehicle.

    Purchased a vehicle after extreme miscommunication on the business behalf being told multiple things by different employees I ended up paying for a diagnostic out of pocket to find out what needed to be fixed. All things that showed up on diagnostic I was not informed of at time of purchase. Im they did repair the issues after that. Im seeking reimbursement for the cost of the diagnostic test.

    Hello, we are really sorry that your experience was less than excellent. Unfortunate but Xdrive motors does not cover diagnostic fees. Xdrive motors will repair any and all issues within the guidelines of  the lemon law. Please note that xdrive motors did repairs on this vehicle at no charge.

    I financed a car at this dealer and it was ****** but for days after I drove the car the fuel cap came and they didnt really look at it so they changed the fuel cap then after that, I drove again for two days the engine light came on I told them I wanted to return the car they said I couldnt so I did what they told I went to bring it to the shop so they could fix it they charge me $100 for something I dont really remember and they didnt fix it well now the engine light is still on it and its giving me another problem that its saying I need to change the oil and the filter but the car hasnt reached the mileage yet and one more thing you do. Brakes were all rested and messed up after a month I went there and told them I wanted the brakes fix . They said it wouldve cost out of my own pocket. So I went to a different shop and get it fixed cause its really dangerous to drive in the road because it wasnt working well

    With all do respect Xdrive has offered to do the necessary repairs at a wholesale cost. The brake Pads are not covered under warranty. Xdrive, however, is willing to help you out. Please let us know how you would like to move forward.
