"We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping.
Conditions for FREE Exchange:
All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing).
Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee.
Non-shoe products cannot be exchanged for health and hygienic reasons.
Does not apply outside the 48 US contiguous states.
