            I dont usually post negative things. But I am completely baffled at kindness animal Hospital in *******. I have been taking coco there for almost five years. One staff Member was exceptionally rude to me as I advocated for my sweet Coco. How was it handled ? I was informed that I was the rude one and If it was ever to happen again we would be dismissed as a patient. Today I get an email telling me that Coco is no longer able to receive care from kindness animal Hospital. And you call yourself kindness animal Hospital ? Instead of dismissing my coco maybe you should talk to your staff member who was totally unprofessional. I will find the right place to take my Coco. Beware anyone believes that they are kind. So disappointed. So unprofessional. Medically not ethical. I asked to speak to the owner, instead I get an email telling me that coco is no longer being treated there. Kindness Animal Hospital in *******. Far from kind !
