    we paid for the drivers ** and the company had clos** and we don't know how to contact them. They have taken $895 gave the date for driving classes on Jan 18th and they are not repsond** to our calls We see website is remov** Phone is disconnect** When we visit** the office but it's clos**.

    Hi,My name is ****** ****, and I am an unsatisfied customer from ********************** in *******. (************************************************).I had signed up for a 10 class package in August, and have gone through constant cancellation/ignored messages by the classes. It is now December, and I am yet to complete half of my classes. There were many instances where **** ***************************************** has rescheduled classes and never showed up when I specially made time from my busy day for the class.There is much such unprofessionalism shown by the institute, they refuse to answer my emails/messages/calls. The classes are always closed whenever I go in person as well. I would like a refund, but am unable to reach any resolution to this problem. I am also a full time student, and cannot afford to just waste my money on such poor services.I recently found your email and came across a helpful article that stated you help such customers as myself, and was wondering if you could help me out regarding this matter by any chance.     In February, we paid the driving school $850 for my son to take classes to obtain his drivers license. After completing the zoom classes, he signed up for the driving on the road classes. He did a couple of hours until June 13th when he had his last class and hasn't been able to get a hold of them. I have emailed, called and left messages and now the voice mail is full. My husband went by the office today but the door was locked and their was a gentleman inside that wouldn't come to the door cause "he didn't have a key". we would like a full refund so he can go elsewhere to finish his classes

    This is complaint is regarding the following driving school:Boston Drivers ************************************************************************** I paid for two separate services for my minor child, *************************** License # *********. The first ********************** education and the second, road test as the make and model of my car does not meet the requirements for a road test. Both my son and I have made numerous attempts to contact the school via phone ************** and email ************************************************************************** and no response has been received. Last Friday when I was able to reach someone via phone, I was informed my son was scheduled to take his road test on July 20th, but they were waiting to confirm the time. I tried to contact the office later that day, when I did not receive a call back and received voice mail. Both my son and I made attempts multiple times on Saturday and were unable to contact anyone. Since last Friday, both my son and I have made numerous calls and Ive sent additional emails with no response.The lack of response is unprofessional, unsettling and has my son in a vulnerable position as they hold the required documentation for my son to obtain his license. There were two separate charges paid. I'm requesting certificate of completion from the driving school that will enable my son the ability to take his road test and the refund of the road test fee of $175 if the school is unable to honor the contract

    Better Business Bureau:

    On July 31st an email was received from the driving school informing a road test was schedule on August 3rd. The outstanding services have been provided by the driving school. This entire ordeal could have been prevented if the entity practiced better communication and customer service practices.

    We have paid Boston Driver's Ed $350 for driving and observations lessons. We had to reschedule some due to Covid. They have since stopped responding and I have sent 7 emails, called every day and texted.

    In October 2022, we signed two students up for drivers ed ***** as required by the state. They completed it in Dec and I took the required parent *****. Both were terrible! The instructor was offensive, unprofessional and seemed unhinged at times. Meanwhile, the school has not supplied us with documentation of our completion so we cannot give it to the *** for their licenses, and we have been unable to schedule their driving lessons. We have been trying to reach this business for over more than twelve weeks to no avail. We have sent multiple emails, left multiple messages and gone in person to the office on multiple occasions and no matter what day of the week, what time of day and what means of communication, we have not received a single response.To date we are waiting on: Documentation of our parent ***** participation Dec 2022 Documentation of our sons participation in *****room hours Dec **************************************************** ***** Dec 2022 Scheduling information for the instructional hours we paid for We seek help getting documentation for the parent ***** and student ***** immediately. Whats almost as bad is that the *****es were horrible!

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have also filed a complaint with the attorney general office.

    I signed my son up for online class and behind the wheel driving lessons. He took the online class in April 2022. It took several weeks playing phone tag, trips to the office and emails to schedule the behind the wheel driving hours. He finally started behind the wheel hours in June 2022 and with many no show and no calls from the driving school my son still has not completed his behind the wheel hours. What should have taken a few weeks *** to get his license has turned into a long process. As of today September 20, 2022 he has not finished his behind the wheel hours.

    I spent 160$ and have been trying for nearly a month now I have paid for a service to schedule a road test through them they arent responding to my emails or numerous calls, I have also looked at recent reviews for this place on ****** and everyone is complaining on the same thing I have lost a lot of money from these people and Ive needed a road test for a while and Im getting screwed over by them because of their lack of response and I want my money back, theyre clearly scamming people. Below I have a screenshot of my charge through them.

    In April 2022, I signed my daughter up for the Full Drivers Ed ******* at Boston Driver's Ed, *****************************************************. Since completing the classroom portion of the program in April. We have made repeated attempts to schedule the on-road portions of the package. We've left phone messages, went to the site in person and left information, and sent emails.
