      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! **************** is so incredibly rude, way over priced, everything goes to SPAM JUNK FOLDER, have tried canceling several times and they continue to charge me!! Highly recommend not using CONSTANT CONTACT!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could, but I have to choose at least 1!!

      I wish I could give them 0 stars. We've been forced to use Constant Contact due to a clients compliance requirements, and its been a painful experience from start to finish. The platform is painfully outdated and sluggish - every task takes longer than it should, and the ** feels like it hasnt been updated in a decade.Worse, their billing practices are sketchy at best. Weve experienced surprise charges and unexplained upcharges with little to no communication. If you have a choice, choose anything else.

      I was lied to in order to get me to sign up. They offered a money back guarantee and a free design in 5-7 bus days. When I never rec'd my design, I asked for a refund. They required me to jump through hoops. DO NOT USE!!!

      ******** customer service. Tried to cancel my subscription - paid in advance for a year and working in a different field and they yelled and argued on the phone. Very unprofessional and rude!! They would not put a manager on the phone.

      They make it difficult to cancel your account and they lie about not being able to process the request online. They hang up on you so that you need to restart the process. They don't allow you to do it online. They constantly transfer you and delay.

      This company misled me by selling me a premium plan and promising that if I wasn't satisfied, I could get my money back. When I decided to cancel my service, I only received half of my money back, and they refused to return the rest. Be cautious with their promises; the 30-day refund guarantee doesnt mean much.

      I persistently had issues logging in. When I could log in, I could never get the emailing to work. I never used the service really and asked for a refund. I was treated poorly and often interrupted. They refused to provide refunds. I was finally able to login and cancel and apparently when you cancel they just change your plan to something else. A few days after canceling, I got charged for something else.

      When we started using Constant Contact, we found them responsive and helpful. Now? Not so much. We are a small non-profit and have trouble working remotely using Constant Contact now. It's not particularly cheap. A new year's resolution: Find an alternative that is less expensive and where we can "easily" transport some of our material.

      DO NOTDO ****** NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This company is forcefully pushing people to purchase their marketing software and refuse to cancel or refund your money when your account has been unauthorized to be charged. Their customer service deflects from the issue at hand and will not escalate the call when you ask multiple times. I was lied to by the agent when he said he would escalate the call and when I told him to follow through with the escalation he then refused and said he didnt know a manager. The marketing software did not have the tools I needed and ultimately was not what I was initially looking for.

      I signed up with them in September 2024 because they said they could give me SMS for my social group. I am not a business, I dont have an EIN and am not a sole proprietor. I do not need a marketing plan, all I want is to be able to send the 130 residents in my community (who already signed up with me for this) reminders and notifications about community activities, community meetings, planned or emergency utility outages, etc.I contact them explain my situation (see first comment above, I am not a business) and they explain the form for SMS. I fill it out, wait for the required time to get approved, then another week goes by so I call them back and I explain everything AGAIN and they tell me I shouldnt have changed the boilerplate answer in the application which was asking me for two examples of the kinds of questions I would be sending. The boilerplate answers had to do with marketing and advertising. Again, I am not a business.I was really uncomfortable lying on my application for something that involves the *** and was told my application probably wouldnt get approved then. But I reapplied, waited another 5-7 working days plus a week and same result. I had talked to approximately 8 different representatives at this point and EVERY TIME I had to explain I am not a business and EVERY TIME the new person sounded shocked like I was asking for something they have never heard of. What do you mean you are not a business? (because I am just a neighbor sharing information) Whats the name of your group? (BR) Why cant you just use your EIN from that? (because its not a business) Then you are the sole proprietor so use your tax ID number (um, no, again, still not a business, no tax ID to use).After having been charged two months in a row for services I couldnt use I asked for a refund. No one in customer svs can do that, someone will call me. Over a month later and 4 different people promising me the manager would call I still have no refund.
