    I requested this business Eagle Lines in ********* **. My friends and I are moving to ************** for new work purposes, so we requested this company to move our furniture from ****** to ************** and to have out things arrive on a certain date. After arriving in **************, we called the movers and they expressed that they would not be arriving the day we requested and would arrive within a 2 week time frame. When we spoke to the movers over the phone I also had mom on three way to make sure the call went well. The manger of the business ********************* failed to expresss the time our furniture would arrive, he was also extremely rude to me and my mother and continuously interrupted us and was extremely unprofessional, when all we are trying to do is get our furniture and refund or incentive for the poor business we experienced. While still speaking on the phone with ********************* he kept saying things like I dont have to tell you the information, thats not your fault we should have asked about the info, but failed to provide us with some info because they are the professional company not us, we are just the customers. ********************* then hung up the phone on us while we were having the conversation and I found that to be extremely rude and very unprofessional. As a solution for this entire matter, I would like my furniture shipped to my address first. We already drove here and settled in and we dont have any of our belongings whats over and surviving in our new environment is quite complex til we get out stuff. I would also like some kind of partial refund for our troubles and unprofessionalism that was conducted by the manager *********************. His employees were more level headed and handled themselves more professional than he did when we called the office after he hung up on us. I would also like him to face some kind consequence for those actions towards us. A business manager should know how to speak and handle there customers with respect.

    We provided the customer all the needed information regarding the delivery window in an email on 9/22 and **************** replied back that he was fine with it. 

    I am not sure why this BBB complaint was filed. 

    I attached the contract information that clearly show the moving company has up to 12 business days to show ** for delivery in SC from customer first available delivery date which in this case is 9/20. 

    We explained the customer all of this on 9/22. Everything is done based on the contract. This complaint has no merit.

     

    We're not offering any discount on this move.
