Terrible experience with this company! We were hired to provide ****************** over a year ago, and to this day, we have not received the payment owed. During this time, we have tried in every way to get in touch to resolve the issue, but the company simply ignores all our attempts to communicate. They dont respond to calls, emails, or messages, nor do they show any willingness to negotiate or provide any payment timeline. This is extremely disrespectful and dishonest behavior. Professionals who rely on their work and dedicate themselves to the success of projects do not deserve to be treated this way. If you're considering working with this company, think twice before trusting your time and effort, as you may end up being left out with no response or payment. We do not recommend them at all.

*******************************, the owner of Beechtree Development is the definition of a scam artist. Avoid at all costs. I hired him to do a simple job of renovating my basement. Removal of some Asbestos tile, some soundproofing, drywall over existing wood paneling, running a gas line to my fireplace to convert it from wood burning. It was projected to take 4 weeks. After 4 months I finally fired him. I should have done it sooner. The biggest red flag. I have a contract that states they will open permits for my work. They never did. Check with your town to make sure they actually opened permits if you're already stuck with this scammer! The quality was awful and had to be torn up and redone several times. It's already starting to crack in multiple places. Just run from this company! They don't show up when they say they will. Even if you get it in writing they just ghost you. ***** will moan and groan like he's doing you a favor just to even show up. He'll complain about how you can get this done quality, fast, or a good price, but not all 3. He does none of the 3. I had to pay extra to have someone finish the job he couldn't. As I said it was 3 months over *********** month over his 2nd estimate so it wasn't fast. I could also show pictures, but the quality is awful. My favorite phrase when they tried to say it was good enough was "put this on your website or fix it" They obviously attempted to fix things, but royally failed. I'll be paying to have this basement redone again in a few years I'm sure. Please don't do what I did. You will regret it. Find a better contractor. Run, run, run!

The statements below are my opinions as to the way I was abused and careful reconstruction of the events. It will be for a court to rule but the statements below, should help others from being similarly abused.******************************* of Beechtree Development or Beechtree Construction, as alternatively known, of ********* or alternatively of ****** ************* (has multipile addresses) signed a contract with me on Nov. 30, 2021 to construct an already permitted garage on a pre- existing, foundation in no more than 4 months, plus or minus reasonably, from the date of the contract. On June 10, 2022 nearly 7 months after the contract date, without warning, and WITHOUT ANY VALID REASONING (though they claim otherwise) I received what I view as UNLAWFUL NOTICE OF TERMINATION . The contractor walked off the job, with LESS THAN 2/3rds OF CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED , having been paid for other work not entirely completed.THE CONTRACTOR WAS AWARE OF MY MONTHLY STORAGE CHARGES Of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THAT I NEEDED THE STORAGE CAPABILITIES OF THE NEW STRUCTURE TO GREATLY REDUCE MY STORAGE COSTS. Apparently that was of NO CONCERN AT ALL TO BEECHTREE. I was REPEATEDLY MISLED AS TO A COMPLETION DATE and Beechtree caused me many additional months of storage fees BEECHTREE FAILED to adhere to the terms of the contract or the approved building plans on file with the Town, making multiple errors. As an indicator of what I consider to be their thorough lack of professionalism, though a Porta-Potty had been installed, on several occasions workers relieved themselves on the grounds. I had offered to pay ************************ IN FULL, IN ADVANCE OF THE RESUMPTION OF WORK AND IT"S COMPLETION the full amount due as per the contract upon the full completion of the building, even offering an additional three thousand dollars not required by the contract. ************************ of Beechtree would not agree, instead he sought to increase the contract cost by many, many thousands of dollars.
