We rented a condo from WeNeedAVacation.com and the property is managed by ******************* Rental Manager Sea Shore Cape Cod ****** Rentals ********************************* ******************************* Telephone number ************. The property was listed originally under property ID ****** and has since been changed to ********************. When we booked the condo we were unaware that this was a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower as it was not described as such in the listing. Also the original listing did not disclose that sheets/linens/towels were not supplied in the unit rental. The kitchen lights did not work and cable tv was only accessible in the living room and not in the bedroom. Upon check in, we contacted **** with our list of concerns. We were told to go to the store and buy sheets, blankets, etc. which we found unacceptable. We called **** and told her we were not happy. She set up another property for us to check into but then called us back to say it was unavailable. We told **** we cannot stay here and we were going to look for a hotel to check in to. We drove to every hotel in the area only to find no vacancy. **** agreed to give us a 100% refund as you can see in writing in the uploaded text exchange. We finally found a hotel room available in the next town but the room wouldn't be ready until the next morning. We texted and called **** to let her know that we had no choice but to stay in the room (sleeping on our beach towels on the floor) We did not get a reply from **** so we assumed that we would still get the full refund. The next morning we checked out at 6:45AM and were not able to check into our hotel room for several hours. We never heard back from **** until that morning telling us that we were not going to get a full refund. This is totally unacceptable because if she had replied to us the night before we would have left and slept in our car rather than be charged for one nights stay plus fees. We are owed $629.48.Business response

We are very sorry to hear about this situation and are in touch with the rental agency that you contracted with to rent this condo.
We as a marketing and advertising company are not involved in the rental contracts or the financial arrangements. We hope that you and the rental agency can come to a resolution.
