    We purchased a full package for my teenage driver, which includes 12 road lessons and 6 observation lessons. However, it is like pulling teeth to get a driving lessons scheduled. I called multiple times in January, and we got four lessons in February, 2 driving and 2 observation. This week, I need to call to schedule lessons for March. I called on 2/26 around 9 am, no lessons AT ALL for the whole MARCH, and I was told the scheduler will not be there until 10:30 am, but they will call me back. I did not get a call back, so I called again on 2/27. They told me that they have not scheduled the lessons for March yet and told me to call later. Well, 2/28 is the last day of February, I called the third time, and they told me they only have Observation lessons on 3/4, including slots at 2:30 through 5:30 pm. Some how, they already gave out all the Driving lessons for March. If a parent has to call three days in a roll and still could not schedule ONE single driving lesson for the WHOLE month. If it is not a rip off, I am not sure what to call it.
