I went through the car wash expecting my car to come out the same way it went in...only cleaner. I came out with a broken side mirror and plastic strip missing from by back drivers side window. I contacted the company, and they told me they had the missing piece to my mirror and I could pick it up. I did pick it up. They stated that they were not responsible for any damages-which isnt entirely correct. Come to find out it's not as simple as snapping it back on-there was another piece missing and i need to replace the ENTIRE mirror (Approx $215ish) and the back rubber strip (approx $75). After finding this out, I contacted them for their insurance information which they are refusing to give to me. A $12 car was turned into approx $300 in repairs to my car.

10/16/22.... brought small recreational boat to car wash with sole purpose of utilizing spray on way before putting the boat away for the winter. Paid $4 at one of the self service bays, and found that the wax would not dispense.... tried another bay for $4 with the same results. Attempted the contact number displayed on the building numerous times but the number connects to a fax/modem line. A subsequent review of the local social media sights revealed that this location is notoriously bad with hundreds of similar complaints of the equipment not working properly. It seems very likely that this is under reported do to the low dollar amount per transaction, but in all probability adds up to thousands of dollars every year. Additionally, if the owner/operator accepts payment for services that he is well aware he isnt providing, I would argue that is clearly fraud. I have video evidence to support my claim and would be happy to provide screen shots of the hundreds of social media complaints.
