You owe me $104 from a pair of shoes I bought which were wrong size. Received correct size but never received credit for shoes I sent back. It was around June. I sent several requests and even tried calling. Please do the right thing and send me my money due me. Thank you

Like many others, I am here to warn you that they will not let you return shoes. They tell you it was marked as final sale at purchase. There is of course no way to argue with this since you cant prove that they werent. The shoes were not even discounted and are still available at full price. Whoever heard of final sale on full price shoes that are still being sold? The shoes were ok but didnt look or fit great and I was unable to return. I would never knowingly buy untested shoes online that I couldnt return. They also wont reply to any attempts to reach them. Since I couldnt contact them, I stated my issues in a review they solicited, which they then refused to publish. Turns out they have not published one star review in two years.

I bought sandals and was sent the wrong order. (Winter boots have arrived). **************** phone number doesn't answer phone. I sent email and also completed an online form, but received no answer. Now, I am stuck with winter boots that I can't use and no sandals. Horrible customer service.

False advertising. Inability to return or exchange shoes purchased. Terrible service. Sad as this brand was historically reputable and high quality.

I purchased a pair of ****** (The Rockport Group) Royalton Chukka boots from Amazon in Oct of 2020. Four months later the boots were showing "pitting" on the soles and the shoe laces broke. I know that laces are not a big deal but the pitting and the laces bothered me since I worked in an office environment. There's nothing sharp to cause the soles to pit. Subsequently, the soles where the pitting happened started to peel like stringed cheese. I contacted the company not knowing what to expect but their response only flippantly addressed the shoestring issue... which was we don't sell shoestrings. Then there was silence until I responded to a Dunaham solicitation publicly on ********* I shared my experience and received a quick request to speak privately. I sent them my concerns again, now coupled with my last unsatisfying encounter. *** told me to pick three shoes for a replacement, however, they later said that the shoes were not the same price I paid. The boots I purchased were no longer available and the ones I listed were the only ones that I liked that came in my size. The *** then sent me a $60 credit instead of replacing my boots. That's fine but I wasn't told until I received it. I didn't expect them to do more. It is not my intention to take anything from Rockport. I just wanted my original boots to not fall apart. However, when I tried to use the credit, the purchase wouldn't go through. Each time I tried to place an order with their credit my order was received, sat on for over a week and then sometime later I was notified of a canceled order. No explanation was given at first. Finally, after questioning it and waiting for weeks, the *** at Rockport told me that they use a service that chooses what orders it accepts and rejects. I was told to try to use another credit card. I am far more disappointed in the customer service efforts than I am with the pitting on the boots. I've never had a more frustrating and disrespectful customer service experience.

I have been a Rockport customer since ****. They are the only shoes I have worn on a daily basis for the past 37 years. I usually buy from a retailer, but I started getting ads from them on social media and thought I would give direct ordering a try. I now regret this.My most recent purchase was for 2 pairs of shoes. One pair came. The other never did. I emailed 3 times to "consumer care." No reply until I threatened to do what I am doing now. But all I got was a "boiler plate" email reply for every possible complaint. I felt ripped off.Today I finally got an email saying that they were out of stock on one pair- but that didn't stop them from taking the order in the first place. I'm now 20 minutes on hold for their "customer care" line.Consumer beware. If there is a problem with your order, they are going to blow you off until you make trouble. My advice,- don't buy direct from Rockport.Great shoes. Horrible customer service.PS: after >20 minutes on hold with "consumer care", I was told that the company has "numerous issues" and "system failures" they are dealing with and that's that. I asked why they continue to advertise for more business when they can't fulfill the orders they have. Answer: "we can't shut down our business." I asked to speak with a supervisor or for management feedback. "No one is available...and they are already aware of the problems."Again, consumer beware. Rockport is "having numerous issues" and "system failures." If you really want a Rockport product, I would suggest you buy from a trusted retailer.

Rockport Group customer service is one of the worst!!! They had a coupon code which gives 88% off their shoes. I had order a few. The next day my orders were canceled. Granted that this could be a price mistake but canceling the orders without any explanation is really not a way to do business. No one is forcing them to sell shoes at this discount. If they made a mistake, own up to it. At least apologize or better yet honor the deal (there are stores which actually do this BTW). Then spend time focusing on your website development so mistakes like these don't happen again. You need to grow up and own up to your own actions.
