    I mailed a packed to Gdynia, Poland from CT in November of 2022 for Christmas to my family. It never arrived and gifts inside were valued at approximately $200. I reached out to the company at least 10 times and have only got the voicemail and the mailbox is full. I have also sent multiple emails and it is indicated that I should receive a response within 24-48 hours and I have not. I also paid $51 for delivery of this lost package that was never received. I want my lost package to be located or reimbursed for its content and my shipping cost.

    I paid for sending my packages and the packages were sent back to me but I have never we received my money back. Tracking numbers: ********************** and ********************* total of $176. Could you please let me know how may I get my money back. Thank you

    On 2/11/23 I sent 2 packages using Polonez Parcel Service, numbers ****** ****** and ******. These 2 packages are in transit to ****** but have not arrived yet. On 3/22/23 I learned that this company closed and now I can not get any information on how to get these packages delivered. I am willing to pay another company to complete the delivery but have no information on how to locate these packages.

    Company not answering phone or emails, it's been 8 weeks no info on 2 packages sent. Local office has been trying as well no one knows what is going on. Very costly to send 2 packages to Europe, plus the contents.Please help greatly appreciated.*************************

    We are a small business providing several services. One of the services we provide is being an agent for POLONEZ PARCEL SERVICE. This company provides shipping services in which our clients brought packages to be shipped to ****** to their families or their personal items. We have been their agent way over 10 years now, close to 20. We have never had any issues until now. The company out of no where has shut down without giving ANY warning to us their agent nor their customers. We are unable to get any information on packages that have been sent out since January 2023. Customers that have shipped their packages using us as an agency for Polonez are calling and coming to us asking questions and we have no information to give because no one will answer the phone or reach out to us to tell us what is going on. They have been accepting packages and cashing our checks up until Tuesday March 14 2023. We are one of several agents in South ** that are very upset. This company has well over 250 agents that they have done this too. We want answers as well as our customers money back and or their packages delivered. Customers have been waiting now over 8 weeks for their packages to be delivered.
