      I received a letter informing me that due to low gas consumption they will be charging me a yearly fee of $ ***** I have been a customer for 15 years. My only need for ******************** is for my gas stove and I rent the tank from them, I'm disgusted and will be looking elsewhere for my needs .

      There was previously no tank rental on this account even though it should have been on tank rental for years due to very low use. This customer buys no more than 10 gallons per year. We can't have the liability of the equipment with no return on our investment.
