    I purchased a custom frameless glass shower door in 2018 from Glass House. I called them in 2020 to come and fix the shower door, as the top shower door hinge was coming away from the fiber glass shower wall. They came the very same day and glued the hinged back in place. It was messy and not pretty, however, I wrote a very favorable review and posted to their web page.In April of 2024, I called the company again to report the same problem. This time, I needed to make several calls. I had to leave text messages on the owner's cell, as their business mailbox is no longer accepting messages. The owner scheduled an appointment for me. I took the day out of work. His workers did not show and despite my texts, the owner never returned my calls. I pursued, and another appointment was scheduled. Again, I took the day out of work, no show and no call. I reached the owner on his cell, and he agreed to send someone, after I returned from work. To my relief, the workers were in my driveway when I arrived home. Lots of glue later (all over the toilet, floor, shower door and stall) they left. I was instructed not the use the shower for 24 hours. I tipped the workers and thanked them for squeezing me in. I texted the owner and thanked him. He sent me an emoji.Unfortunately, the clean up on my part took longer than the repair held. I contacted the owner, and he said he needed to inspect the unit, as he could not understand why it was failing so often. He informed me he would be at me house on Friday or Monday at 8 in the morning as I needed to report to work at 10:00 AM. I called on Friday, after 10:00 AM and left him the message that I had been cancelled at work, so I was available all day. No show and no call, Dito on Monday. I left him a Text message on 7/29/24, including photos, regarding the safety concerns I had again of the door coming away from the fiberglass shower stall. As of 8/26/2024, I have received no response.
