We just refinanced our home on September 24, 2024. Kim M, our loan specialist was great to work with. The service was excellent and she answered every question (and there was many) that I asked. We normally emailed and there was never a time that I didn't receive a response day or night. Priority made it very easy and I would use them again!Priority Funding, LLC

5 starsThis was my second purchase using Priority Funding. They were excellent both times. Hillary and Gary were so great to work with. They are very prepared, able to explain everything in easy to understand language. And they were very responsive to my questions. The purchase of the house was somewhat complicated because it was being completely refurbished, and there were things to be finished and inspections to be done. They walked me through the requirements to close in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that all would be well. The closing itself was smooth and relaxed. Gary was so well prepared. Priority funding lied about application being OK, no feedback. Just a cold email. Do not use this company they will lie to youPriority Funding, LLC

Priority Funding takes great pride in providing timely responses and excellent service. Management has reviewed this customers file, contact notes, and notes about phone calls made. Management feels that all staff involved kept in consistent contact with the customer and his real estate agent. Without disclosing non-public personal information about the customer, Management can only comment that an underwriting decision was made and information about our decision was communicated verbally and in writing (in accordance with state and federal lending guidelines). That said, his assigned Loan Officer has been in further communication with the customer, and they are exploring alternative options for him. If the customer has any further concerns or questions, he is encouraged to contact his Loan Officer whose contact information he has.
