    avid French uses deceptive advertising practices and false claims of a rent to own contract. In school the David Drench Company tells students that if the rent from them they will own their instrument in three years The actual rent to own time is 11 years ( which would be a year after the student graduates High School)  This is a very used instrument you are renting not a new on The contract is vague and deceptive and when I actual tried to get an answer from them they told me false information first saying it would be 4 or 5 years. When I pressed them for when we would actual own it, they disclosed it would be 2033, 11 years after we started the rental and a year after my child would graduate from High School he is in elementary now. Had we been given factual information upfront we would have bought a used one of superior quality at the instrument store down the street instead of renting the used one we did. The rent to own this company sells you on is deceptive and Misleading. Be warned to avoid this company and rent or buy somewhere else.
