I found their ad online. It said the price for a 10x14 shed was $3,680.00. I proceeded to tell the salesman I wanted to move forward with the shed and they took my down payment. Within 24 hrs I received a Bill of Sale. It was priced out $1,100.00 more than the ad said. The salesman said he had no idea where I got the ad from. I said on your site and he said it was 2 years old and that they could not honor that price. It is up to them to delete false advertising not for me to find and they feel duped. They then couldn't credit me back my deposit but rather i had to wait for a check to be sent out and then waste my time going to the bank to deposit my own money. They said its just the way they do things. I am glad I did not go with them, they felt shady all around.

Unfortunately, Mr. F**** did not want to work with us to make this right. He found a shed for a specific price and agreed to pay that price. Upon searching his newly purchased shed, he came upon an old similar shed we had sold years prior. He told us he wanted that price from 2 years ago, but sadly with all of the changes from COVID, we couldn't just give a $1,000+ discount. Since he already paid, it takes time to refund the money as it navigates through banks...like anywhere else. We reached out to him to offer a large discount on other products because of the miscommunication and heard nothing back until this review. Beware of scammers just trying to trick you into discounts and bad reviews.
