Placed a large order from this business that was needed for my business to service a client. Custom Networks waited more than 2 weeks without any contact to me concerning the order. I finally contacted the owner ******************************* via telephone and he told me that he will not process my business credit card for the order and wanted me to send the payment via wire transfer. This shows me that this company is fraudulent or that they do not want to claim this very large sale in their taxes. They now have my credit cad information and threatened to charge it for an amount I am not approving. They have already cancelled my original order.Business response

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The order was received during Thanksgiving holidays. We should have responded to you in a timely manner. Your high value order failed our internal credit verification process. We weren't comfortable processing this order on a credit card and requested payment via bank check. Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.
Your business accepted the order initially. After a long period of time you decided not to process the order and to NOT call my company to explain that you were not processing the order. It was not until we called you to chck the status that we found out the order was not processed. You told me on the phone that you would not accept the credit card because the order was attached to a gmail account. This is upsurd. My company has been in business for over 34 years now and we have multiple clients. We are **** resellers as well and all done with a gmail address.
Your reasoning is not valid and it has cost my company the loss of a very large project that was time sensitive. I will not agree with your response to this issue.
