    Owner takes no responsibility for poor workmanship. A large paint spill occurred on a freshly installed wood floor despite being specifically asked to cover the floor. Multiple paint spots found throughout my home. I was told that they "did not have enough tarps to cover" my 750 square foot living area. They needed to move the tarps around. $4200 later and she can't afford tarps? The banister to the lower level is covered with paint roller marks that didn't get noticed until a taller person used the stairs. The company promised prep work to be included and did not remove anything in the way of the paint brush leaving blobs of paint in multiple areas. Despite all of these problems the worst of it was the lack of responsibility taken!

    ***** -- I am sorry you feel the way you do. We take pride and workmanship in all work we do and are held accountable for our work. If a spill/ accident occurred, we notify home owners immediately. After completion of the project, you did a walk thru, told me everything looked great, and you loved it! A couple weeks later, I heard back from you about this "large paint spill/spots". Between the time we left and you contacted us again, you had someone else (family/friend) come in and paint additional items that were installed after we left. This work that was done by others was not included on the original proposal. I came back when you called to look at the areas of concern. To my dismay, I walked into a house full of family and friends yelling, and being rude at me while I tried to have a conversation with you regarding your issue. I was in contact with the floor guy who did your beautiful floors. He told me there was no floor damage from paint and didnt see anything wrong. I am sorry you were dissatisfied and had an issue with your floors.
