  Engaged in a significant home project since last year, which includes adding a sunroom, a bedroom, and expanding the master bedroom. Bill and his team have demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout the process. Their high-quality workmanship is evident in every aspect, from the foundation and framing to insulation, wallboards, plastering, and painting. As we near the completion stage and finishing touches, I'm impressed by their consistent reliability, responsiveness, and transparency. Maybe not the fastest, but work completed with best quality. Without any unexpected surprises, I wholeheartedly recommend Bill and his team for their outstanding service.

  The owner of this business is not trustworthy . we signed a contract with him in January 2021 for a 2 car garage addition with a family room with a bathroom above. Contractually the project was to be completed in July 2021. The owner worked with his own architect/engineer to develop a plan for the project which we approved and was ultimately used to pull a construction permit from our town. Immediately after foundation was completed he stopped the project and asked for more money to complete the work as described in the approved plan. Because we wanted to have the project completed on time we decided to have him continue with the work. Now we are in April 2024, the project is still not completed and it is struggle to get a response from him. He disappears for months after receiving an installment payment for a portion of the work completed. He rarely visits the site and many of his workers are thoroughly incompetent. His tile worker took 4 months to tile a very small bathroom, the deck workers constructed a deck at the level of an existing window and they had the audacity to ask us to move the existing window to accommodate their mistakes...etc. Please run away from B&B Affordable Renovations, Inc. if you want a quality project done on time with no headache

  We hired **** for a new job to replace all the windows in the main house with modern new-build windows, install new window trim, paint the interior and exterior related to the replacement of the windows, patch some interior walls and relocate the **** lines inside the walls. Everything went well, and we're very happy with the final result.

  B & B Affordable Renovations was contracted to build a **** square foot addition, that included a four car garage, with attached storage room, 2 oversized bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and the installation of a residential elevator. They did a beautiful job, and went the extra mile to perfectly match the custom decorative trim on the inside and outside of our home. We found **** to be a man of his word. He was very responsive, timely and fair. His crew worked every day, even during the winter months, and their workmanship and attention to detail is very noticeable. The project was very involved and when unexpected issues arose, **** was very willing to take the time to offer suggestions and collaborate on the best solutions. Overall a great experience.

  Very good experience with this contractor for multiple projects. Recently installation of a new rubber roof, skylight, gutters and downs spouts. Clean job site and good communication. Previously they had installed a brand new bathroom with knee wall and glass door and refinished my basement.Would use them again and highly recommend them

  B&B did a great job finishing our garage, which included adding a door to the backyard and a window as well as shelving. The crew was professional and kept the site clean as they were working. Once we got a date on the books Bill was very communicative and always checked in. Would hire again.

  B&B added a half bath to my 100-year-old house. **** was in constant communication with me scheduling electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.I am very pleased with the work that was done.

  We finished our renovation with Bill. We are very happy with the product and the process. We tore down our 1950s ranch and rebuilt a modern home. Bill took care of the whole project.
