process of buying my car from Mass Auto World in ******* MA in June. contact has been made through Carzum as they are " run" by them. . I purchased a 2016 ****** and traded in my 2016 ****** had a payoff which i told them over the phone was around $8,400. They agreed to give me $4,800 towards the trade in and i would need $5k down to cover the rest of the pay off and get financed for the ****** I was taking. ***** told me not to make my june or july payment as they would just include that on the pay off amount. They out $8,200 on the paperwork for my loan and i told them that it was more but they said it was fine I took possession on July 22 and left my ***** in their possession. I emailed them the pay off on July 24th when asked for it It was a 10 day payoff note.August 3rd the Bank i had my ***** financed through said it had not been received yet for a payoff. When i called carzum and the dealership they claimed **** the sales was in the military and was away for 2 weeks but they knew he has mailed the check, but in the same sentence said he had noted for them to mail it out while he was gone. I believe i talked to someone named ***. He assured me they would mail a check out that day. Another week went by and still nothing arrived to the Bank. on 8.9 i emailed and asked them for the tracking number which they did not provide. On **** i asked again for the new tracking which they said the check had been lost in transit and would not provide the last tracking number. And again claimed they would send one out over night. They provided a tracking # for a overnight via ***** to VT . as of **** it still showed ***** had not received the package to mail out that only a label was created. When asked why it was not shipped the dealership informed me sense they dropped it off after 5 on **** **** around 5:40pm i checked and it was still in the same status not in ***** possession. As of this Am, on **** it still shows not shipped.
