    My experience was not only disheartening but also detrimental to me since it caused me to miss crucial ** that I needed at the time. I feel the need to share this. I let them know that I had upcoming surgery and would need txs to boost my healing. There was no mention of need for prior clearance. When I arrived for tx, the nurse gave me a form that I needed to have my surgeon sign. This is the first time I was hearing about this. This was a real challenge to me because I was fresh post op, weak and in pain. I asked her if she could help get it over to the surgeons off by fax/email .He was willing to give his approval. Her reply was No we cant do that. I then spoke with a manager whose communication with me was very poor.I tried to explain why I was calling. Impatiently, He cut me off and started to chastise me saying you are a nurse right? Do you understand how things work? You want treatment without clearance but our NPs will not do it ! I was taken aback as this was not my intention. I was only trying to get the teams to collaborate. I said I understand that but youre not listening to me. He then accused me with You are jumping down my throat! This was terrifying to hear but I kept calm as he continued to scold me. I kept repeating You havent given me a chance to explain why Im callingII then mentioned Im planning on spending 500-600$ today. I just want to be treated right. He was biased against me as he failed to listen or try to understand my concerns. He was arrogant, unapologetic,unprofessional, dismissive of me, and most of all unsympathetic of my health condition.I mentioned that becoz of this poor tx of clients I did not feel comfortable returning he nonchalantly said Okay!This paints such a poor picture of the Restore franchise as a whole. I doubt that any one would return to a company that treats its loyal customers in such a manner. Sadly, This negative attitude has made me choose to leave Restore.
