    I bought the car from this dealership and it had a check engine service light on. Dealer told me it was an oil change light. 2 weeks later I break down and come to find out the alternator was bad, I ran a code reader in the car because it was driving funny and 6 codes come back with faulty sensors. Fuses are blown left and right and the dealer is telling me because it passed inspection he wont do anything about the problem. Also when I signed the paperwork he charged me $250 for administration fees that he told me was legal.

    HI WE SOLD THIS CUSTOMER A PERFECTLY FINE VEHICLE 2 WEEKS LATER HE CALLS US SCREAMING AND THREATENING TO CALL HIS LAWYER ABOUT AN ALTERNATOR THAT WENT BAD.BY STATE LAW WE OFFERED THE WARRANTY 30 DAY ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ALSO INSPECTION .THE VEHICLE PASSED MASSACHUSETTS INSPECTION AND THE ALTERNATOR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EITHER ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION.THE $250 DOC FEE WE CHARGE IS POSTED IN OUR OFFICE FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS NO EXCEPTION.

    I dont agree with the response I never called this person screaming and threatening that is untrue and nothing is going to get accomplished making up lies. This is only one piece of paper about the doc fees and it is in the owners office which no one ever sees and it is not displayed anywhere else. Also his salespeople are very uneducated and they make lies about everything to sell a car. All the person told me on the phone was if it passed inspection I dont have to do anything for you. This business is completely unprofessional and shouldnt be doing business with anyone with false information. Again the salesperson said we run a scan on all our vehicles and theyre good, completely untrue I plugged in a scanner into the vehicle and codes popped up left and right. Im completely disgusted on how someone can run a business doing this to people with no conscience.
