  I paid $2,600.00 for my honda accord. I have now brought it to the shop 6 times with receipts to prove it. Jmck auto sold me a car with a leaking gas tank and refused to fix it, I am currently waiting for a tow truck because something in the front end snapped and now I'm stuck in the middle of the street. It has blown struts all the way around which I have the front repaired and ordered the ones for the back. I also was informed by the **** dealership to file a complaint with the Attorney General after we found that all rim sizes and tire sizes were not the same but the rims looked very similar. I also have holes in the floor of my car, everytime it rains my floor is soaked. There were rubber weather matts so I didn't notice until I took them out to clean the car. I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. These guy should not be selling cars like this to anyone. I don't even know how or why it passed the inspection.

  The request for the refund is denied. Mr. N***** came several times to look at the car, he test drove it and liked it. On August 27,2022. He purchase a 2001 Honda Accord with 110,222 miles for $2600. He had the opportunity to take it to his own mechanic before purchase which he chose not to.The car passed inspection.  Mr. N***** never came to the garage with complaints or issue about the vehicle.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  

      I did return within a week because it failed inspection for the exhaust. I called and told him and had to ask if he had the orignal exhaust and muffler. After saying yes I went his auto garage. He never offered to put them on and not thinking about it clearly, I asked my brother to put them on, when the mechanic at his shop should have done it. About another week went by and I finally filled the tank and it leaks gas if it's more than half full. I called him again and his response was "when I drove it I never filled it". This car shouldn't have passed inspection, all 4 tires were different sizes with 3 15" rims and a 16" rim but they looked so similar, i found that out after ***** **** noticed after trying to aling it 3 times. I have invested a lot of money just to keep the car going because I need a vehicle. This man is a mechanic and swore up and down that the car is good, so I purchased it. All I'm asking I'd for a little help, he knew this car was a lemon.
