    I lived at this apartment almost a year and have had ceiling problems in bathroom since. Water pour down twice , ceiling falling down and they just keep covering it up half ass . I fell down stairs with baby due to they are broken and they have never fixed them. I have proof of everything. They just keep pushing me off

    This company is the worst! I had an emergency from the storm this weekend and the office doesn’t even have an emergency contact listed online or on the voicemail when contacted after hours. The storm knocked out my ac unit and power to my garage, my food also went bad in my deep freezer. Its 92 degrees outside and 82 degrees inside my house and has been the entire weekend due to the company being unreachable. Today is Monday and there is still no resolution. My children and myself all have chronic asthma, Ive exhausted my funds on a hotel room after paying my rent. I went to the office today & The owner Mr. C**** lied to my face and told me the phone system was switched over and the emergency contact number must have been deleted. I was then told i should i should have called the police to reach him. What a joke This is the second time in 2 months I have been without air conditioning. This company is taking renters money and not properly updating the units or replacing faulty equipment, instead my children and i are suffering. The receptionist and the entire staff are rude and nonchalant. There is no compassion or urgency for the people who are funding this company! I am a very disappointed tenant! I doubt that my landlord knows whats happening and Im not allowed to contact her either. This company needs to be held accountable!

    I am sorry that you have had such a terrible time of it over the weekend. As stated, when you were in the office, I take full responsibility for the failure of the phone answering system not being properly set up. As for the accusation that I lied to you, this is simply untrue, and I would be happy to sit down with you and show you the documents that our phone system was changed to a new system. In addition, I would be happy to sit down and discuss the disappointment you have had with our company. I invite you to contact our office and set a time that we could meet. Thank you.
